In an “exclusive” interview with Breitbart, the half term former Republican Governor of Alaska turned reality TV show b-lister Sarah Palin raged on Republicans for “carrying Obama’s water” for him over the Cromnibus and said it was time for Speaker Boehner (R-OH) to go because he “flipped American voters the bird by sidelining the new Congress we just elected.”

That new Congress isn’t in session yet, so it would be hard to sideline them. They don’t come in until January.

Palin went on to muse that she wished she had the name of the “yahoos” who voted for it, begging Breitbart to print their names as if there were no other way to discover their names than the digital pages of Breitbart. (Click here for a list of names printed on PoliticusUSA’s pages the night it happened. So secret, it was on Twitter within minutes of the vote.)

From Breitbart:

I want the names of all 162 yahoos who would squander the opportunity to respect the will of the people and get America on the right track. Please print their names so we can ask them, “What the heck are you thinking?!”

Yes, if only someone would give them those names. Darn liberal media hides everything from common sense conservatives who can’t use the Internets except to go to Breitbart. Does the Interweb go someplace else? Well, there’s the YouTubes where Sarah Palin charges you to watch her wonder things that are available for free on the secret Internets.

Palin called for backlash against the Republicans who voted for the Cromnibus and railed that Speaker Boehenr worked with President Obama to “nullify” (the word supplied by Breitbart writer) the Republican victory of 2014. “They promised they would do everything in their power to stop Obama’s executive amnesty – I heard their darn campaign speeches promising to do so! – and yet when they have the power to do so (power that we the voters just gave them) they tacitly endorse Obama’s failed agenda. They’re shining that boot that liberals have on the neck of our economy.”

Palin accused Republicans of carrying Obama’s water more than Nancy Pelosi, “They’re carrying Barack Obama’s water even more so than Nancy Pelosi if you can believe it.

Simple things are not so simple, eh Common Sense Dorothy?

But also, again too, the new Congress is not in session yet.

Asked if Boehner should be re-elected Speaker of the House, Palin pretended she understands how government works and used that as the basis of her response — This from the person who didn’t know what the VP did as she was running for VP and thought the Queen ran England.

Palin is sure that Boehner doing his job is a good reason to replace him. This makes sense if you realize that Palin quit her job as governor two years into a four year term allegedly in order to avoid being a “lame duck”. So really, the less you do and the more you are paid to do nothing, the better you are at your job in certain GOP circles. Think of it as a covert heist from the taxpayers and it will make more sense.

Palin charged that Boehner has to go, “Constitutional conservatives who understand government’s balance of power and the grave danger in Obama’s lawlessness, and those of us who want smart and principled leadership, should be perplexed and disappointed if stale leadership is re-elected, considering that the midterm election was all about ‘the status quo has got to go.'”

Goodbye “stale” leadership! If only someone had told John Boehner that he should have quit his job halfway into his first term in order to stay fresh. Palin called for new leadership, “It’s time for new energy and steel-spined commitment to stop Obama’s bizarre behavior against this country!”

So the Palin/Breitbart tea frothing wing is still screeching for attention even as the establishment tries to snuff them out until the next election, desperately trying — even if it takes tricking them — to get elected Republicans to do their job of funding the government without too much fail.

What the tea wing fails to understand is that Boehner needed help from Pelosi to get anything passed, and when she finally balked at a bridge too far after his caucus stuck unrelated, egregious riders into the funding bill at the last minute, Boehner was left begging the President he’s been trolling for six years.

Why? Because House Republicans can’t afford to be seen not able to complete a (previously pre GOP leadership) simple task like passing a funding bill. They know they won’t get anyone in the White House like that. Not even with all of the Koch money in the world at their disposal. And there are only two years left to erase the short American memory of their petulant, chaotic, rather insane behavior the last six years.

Sarah Palin might not be relevant anymore, but she is doing the Democrats’ work for them and for this, she deserves a shoutout. We might say she’s carrying the Democrats’ water for them for all of her egging on the inner civil war within the Republican Party that the establishment is doing all in its power to kill. And really, this means she’s carrying President Obama’s water, which is a commendable job of service for her after years of stalking him.
