Trayvon Martin’s killer, George Zimmerman, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence on Friday night. The judge in the case has set bond at $5,000.

According to booking documents from the John E. Polk Correctional Facility, George Zimmerman was arrested by the Lake Mary Florida Police Department on Friday January 9 at 10:10 PM and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. According to News 13, “The 31-year-old was booked around 9:45 p.m. on charges of aggravated assault and domestic violence with a weapon. According to Don West, Zimmerman’s attorney, his client threw a wine bottle during the incident.”

Since his 2013 acquittal for killing Trayvon Martin, Zimmerman has been pulled over three times for traffic violations.

In September of 2014, Zimmerman threatened to kill another motorist, “On Tuesday, in Lake Mary, FL, Zimmerman pulled up beside another car in his truck and threatened the motorist inside. The driver, Matthew Apperson, stated he was listening to music inside his car when Zimmerman pulled up alongside him and started yelling. Zimmerman had another passenger in the car, who joined in on the verbal assaults of Apperson.”

In 2013, Zimmerman was taken into custody for a domestic violence incident involving his wife, “George Zimmerman was taken into custody Monday after what the police are calling a “domestic altercation with his wife and her father at a home in Lake Mary, Florida.” The 9-1-1 call from that incident revealed that George Zimmerman threatened to use Stand My Ground in order to justify shooting his wife.

All told Zimmerman has had six incidents involving the police since his acquittal in 2013. George Zimmerman appears to have not learned anything after getting away with murder. George Zimmerman has been acting like he is above the law, and his behavior is that of a man who thinks that he can get away with anything.

George Zimmerman needs to be locked up. He is an entitled one man crime wave whose violent incidents will continue to pile up for as long as he is walking the streets.
