Unable to Deal with Hillary’s Dominance, Conservative Accuses Clinton of Being on Drugs

Unable to deal with Hillary Clinton’s masterful dominance and unflappable poise, Matt Drudge announced to the world that the Benghazi hearings actually did something important by revealing that Clinton was on drugs due to a health issue, possibly anti-anxiety medication.

“Today obvious anti-anxiety meds, hypothyroid issues,” the right winger concluded, completely missing the reality bus.

Lest you think he was mocking the desperation of Republicans, nope. He’s serious:

It was a stark contrast in competence between Clinton and the Republican screaming mansplainers and let’s face it, no one wants to side with the whiny losers. Even conservatives at the Washington Times are saying Hillary Clinton made fools of the Republican Benghazi Boys, aka, the screaming hysterics who are using yet another Benghazi probe in order to get taxpayer-funded ads for their next run for office.

Clinton’s response to the Republicans on the Benghazi Committee has been turned into a gif that is fitting here. Senior Social Editor at Vice News Colin Jones put it to music (“Get, that, dirt off your shoulder”):

On Thursday she was in control, politely but dismissively smiling at prodding questions and nodding at the defense mounted by Democrats on the committee, who have made feverish efforts over the past two weeks to dent the committee’s credibility, accusing it of being a political charade and a waste of money.
“I came here because I said I would. And I’ve done everything I know to do, as have the people with whom I worked, to try to answer your questions. I cannot do anymore than that,” Mrs. Clinton said.

Even Trey Gowdy couldn’t come up with anything they learned while spending the taxpayers money yelling at the 2016 Democratic front-runner. Gowdy stumbled when asked by reporters what they got out of Thursday’s hearing, “Uh, I think some of Jimmy Jordan’s questioning. Well, when you say new today, we knew some of that already, about the emails. In terms of her testimony I don’t know that she testified that much differently today than she has the previous times she’s testified.”

But hey. Republicans might not have learned anything at their very expensive spitfest, but Detective Drudge has discovered that Hillary Clinton was coughing and speaking slowly, which means — if you will get out your right wing conspiracy chalk boards, please — that Hillary Clinton is on drugs.

It couldn’t possibly mean that Clinton talked for ten plus hours and that having been down this block many times with Republicans before, knew that she had to measure her words and dish them out slowly, especially the big ones, for the little boys up front – the ones from gerrymandered districts who were most eager to be seen taking down The Hillary.

Sadly, what they did instead of take her down was show the world that they were fools and she was presidential. Ironically, Republicans gave Hillary Clinton a chance to show voters that her temperament could be cool, measured and distantly superior. There is no other situation in which she could have more easily shown the world that she is not the Hillary Clinton of 2008, but rather someone who masterfully handled her job as Secretary of State. Someone whose presentation speaks directly to her résumé . A résumé that can’t be beaten by any candidate on any side of the aisle.

But Hillary Clinton was obviously on drugs, y’all! Believe Matt Drudge, not your lying eyes and ears.

Won’t someone please give Republicans a cookie now, so they will shut up about being such pathetic losers?
