Fox News is so desperate to stop Donald Trump that they ambushed Trump with full-screen graphics calling out his lies during a Republican debate that has been a complete debacle.

Chris Wallace asked Trump for policy specifics on what he would cut to lower the deficit. Trump listed the old Republican standards of the EPA and the Department of Immigration. Chris Wallace then put up full-screen graphics that showed that Trump’s numbers don’t add up. Trump said that he would make the pharmaceutical companies bid properly.
Trump said, “You’re talking about hundreds of billions of dollars.” Wallace responded, “No. You’re not.” He then put up another graphic showing that Trump tried to claim that Medicare would save more money than they actually spend.
Donald Trump wiggled and claimed that he really meant negotiating all through the government could save $300 billion. Needless to say, no other candidate had full-screen graphics used against them. It is obvious that Fox News is still trying to stop Trump. The approach that Wallace used to demonstrate that Trump’s economic numbers aren’t based in reality.
The Fox News debate is a debacle that Chris Wallace, Bret Baier and Megyn Kelly can barely keep control of. When the moderators do ask a policy question, the candidates don’t give specific answers.
