Well, things have really come full circle now. A Confederate flag with Trump’s name on it hangs at his Orlando, Florida rally.
The same Republican Party that is holding up Zika funding because they insist on keeping the right to fly the Confederate Flag at federal cemeteries even as they pretended that their party leader Donald Trump doesn’t always represent them is face to face with their beloved Confederate flag now.
Sopan Deb reported “a Confederate flag with Trump’s name on it here in Orlando.”

Republicans just got done trying to crucify Hillary Clinton for Omar Mateen being seen at her rally. Hillary Clinton hadn’t invited him and when she found out, she disavowed what he allegedly believes in.
That wasn’t anything like scandal-ridden Mark Foley showing up at Trump’s Florida rally and telling the press he and Trump were old friends. Nothing to see there, other than an actual relationship, unlike the bad photo op of the Clinton rally. Naturally Trump wasn’t asked to disavow Foley, nor did he.
And now, as if on schedule, here’s the Confederate flag flying at a Trump rally with his name on it.
This is hardly the first time the Confederate flag has been a source of embarrassment for Republicans, but it’s very public and very fitting with the message of their party leader.
Update 7:00 PM: An African American couple was removed after getting into a fight with the people who brought the Confederate flag.

The Confederate flag was balled up but not removed.
