Trump Surrogate Denigrates All Men By Claiming ‘Normal Men” Talk Like Trump

Guys, everything is explained! Donald Trump and his crew think it’s normal to brag about sexually assaulting a woman! So that explains sort of everything about the Republican Party and it’s all starting to make sense now.

Carl Paladino, close Trump ally, said campaign is “fine” & “rocking,†and “gutter talk†is smthg ‘all men do, at least all normal men do’,” Philip Rucker tweeted.

This explains why then Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) introduced a bill to incentivize rape.

Buried deep in the latest Fetus Rights Bill (aka, Sanctity of Human Life Act , H.R. 23: To provide that human life shall be deemed to begin with fertilization), wherein fetuses are given more rights than the women carrying them, is a section that will allow a rapist to sue his victim in order to stop her from getting an abortion, specifically if she were trying to get an abortion in a state that allows them while she lives in a state that does not.

Republicans think it’s NORMAL to sexually assault women. So normal that we ought to incentive rapists by giving them exactly what they want, which is control.

What rapists needed in DC, Republicans felt, was a larger voice. Such a downtrodden group of underdogs, after all.

This also explains why House Republicans stopped the Violence Against Women Act from being renewed for over a year, as since the passage of the act, annual incidents of domestic violence had dropped by more than 60 percent. The act also protected sexual violence victims. And who needs that, when men like Donald Trump are entitled to act like “boys”, even when he’s 70 years old?

According to the National Center for Injury Prevention and Control, women experience about 4.8 million intimate partner-related physical assaults and rapes every year. It’s normal, you see. Aspirational. Something to brag about.

Republicans didn’t think it was important to continue those protections – it was more important to try to rewrite the act to take away liberty from women while refusing to grant any protections to Native American women, undocumented immigrants and the LGBT community.

To be fair, their earlier version was quite literally a pro-violence against women act, so perhaps they thought merely taking liberty away was an up.

The good news here is that 87 Republicans refused to put women in more jeopardy just to satisfy the anti-woman agenda of the Tea Party caucus. So, even within the Republican Party, there are those who aren’t championing violence against women.

But it’s normal, right?

All men do it, according to Carl Paladino. Well, all “normal” men do it. And by “it”, we mean grab non-consenting women by their “p*ssy”. Because that’s “normal”.

“I rest my case” seems fitting here. And as a reminder, no, not all men do this. Not by a long shot. As Jason Easley pointed out, this is not normal and as Mitt Romney pointed out, Trump was condoning assault.

Not only are the Trump Republicans not remorseful, but they think this is normal. That explains why Trump never really apologized.
