I think if [Congress] was willing to investigate Senator Franken, I think it is only fair that they do the same for Trump. https://t.co/YIAlEa4GvC pic.twitter.com/61KC46RXM2

Trump accuser Samantha Holvey said, “They’ve investigated other Congress members, so I think it only stands fair that he be investigated as well, and I think also a non-partisan investigation is very important. You know, not just for him, but for anybody that has allegations against them. This isn’t a partisan issue. This is how women are treated every day. This isn’t a partisan issue.”
The accusers brought up the great point that if Congress was willing to investigate Al Franken, they should also be willing to investigate Donald Trump.
People are rightly giving Russia the bulk of the Trump scandal attention, but if you want to understand what is motivating voters on a visceral level, it is the fact that Trump was accused of sexual assault by nearly two dozen women and is occupying the Oval Office.
The culture has changed in this country since Trump women. These brave women need to keep pushing because even though the corporate press does not give this story the attention that it deserves, these women deserve justice and nothing less than a full investigation of the accusations against Trump.
