Pence said, “I was appalled when I learned of the allegations against rob porter. The time he resigned is when I first became aware of the allegations of domestic abuse. There’s no tolerance in this white house, no place in America for domestic abuse. That being said, I think the white house has acknowledged that they could have handled it better. Lester, when I return to Washington, D.C., I’m going to look into the matter, and I’ll share my counsel with the president directly.”
Trump has been accused of raping and beating an ex-wife
Pence’s conscience didn’t stop him from joining Trump’s ticket. Donald Trump has been accused of rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and domestic violence, but none of this bothered Mike Pence, so he should be prepared to be laughed out of the room by a vast majority of Americans. If Mike Pence felt so strongly about protecting women, he would have never begged and groveled to be on the ticket with Trump.
The Rob Porter scandal has turned into a White House wildfire
The White House keeps changing their story and tripping over their own two feet on the Rob Porter story because they don’t want to admit that they knew about the domestic violence allegations and were never going to do anything about them. In fact, the White House didn’t fire Porter after they found out. They promoted him. The White House wants to change the subject to the DOA budget and infrastructure plans, but the story is the same as it has been for a week.
The Trump White House keep in their employ a serial domestic abuser, and they can’t explain why.
