Glenn Beck Encourages His Listeners Not to Get Swine Flu Vaccinations
Glenn Beck unveiled his latest cause for paranoia and fear today, and it is the fact that some state and local governments are mandating that some workers get vaccinated for the swine flu. Beck claims that eventually the government is going to force everyone to get the shot, or be rounded up by the government. Beck is using fear to discourage his listeners from getting the shot.
Here is the audio from Media Matters:
Beck asked a round of callers if they were going to get the swine flu vaccine, and when they said no, he would ask, “If the government said you have to or you gotta get on this bus, or you are quarantined in your own home?”
Another caller named Kim believed that the shots cause more of a problem than the disease said, “We’ll take the quarantine and have a great time.” Beck asked what if they say get on the bus. Kim said, “Absolutely not, and I hate to say it with the way the government is, where’s that bus going?”
Beck asked his caller Dan, “If they are going to say mandatory vaccinations, then if you don’t do it there has to be a quarantine of some sort. You’re going to have stay in your house, or they’re going to have to say they are going to move you to another area where people aren’t quarantined.” Dan said that he doesn’t trust the government because of the clandestine nature of the Obama administration.
While trying to spread mistrust of the Obama administration, Glenn Beck is also spreading fear about the swine flu vaccine. His primary intention may not be to discourage people from getting shot, but this is exactly what he is doing. If Beck’s gullible listeners don’t get the vaccine and they get the flu, is this also Obama’s fault?
An even worse case scenario is what the children of these anti-vaccination listeners get the swine flu? Since we know that children and young people are more at risk for this flu, it would be especially irresponsible for kids not to be vaccinated. Essentially, Beck is trying to kill his listeners and viewers, by encouraging them not to get the shot.
In typical Beck fashion, he never actually said don’t get the vaccination. Instead he is frightening people away from the shot. He is encouraging an epidemic, so if this winter you find yourself in the waiting room of a doctor’s office, and there is somebody sitting near you who coughing while reading Beck’s new book, it won’t be difficult to connect the dots.

Why should the government mandate everyone to get the swine flu vaccines? Most people are going to get the flu and be fine – those with underlying health problems/at risk populations should get the vaccine, but isn’t that up to them and their doctors?
Swine flu has already gone around my area in full force, my 10 year old had it, and the vaccine isnt even ready yet so it is really a moot point for most people.
What is funny to me is how easily Glenn beck can get left-wingers all riled up by being outrageous. Really, most Republicans and other conservatives can think for themselves, but thanks for looking out for us……

O.K., just go to www.nvic.org; or www.FLUSCAM.com and really see whats in this vaccine.
Also, I have spoken to Doctors within my state (TX), who state that ‘the swine flu’ cannot be tested for in Texas; so why was it that same week where national news reported a fort worth death from swine flu? This is just one TX example.
You all want to trust Obama? I was gung ho for him in 2008 (being so anti Bush/due to patriot act, illegal wiretapping, microchips/more issues Obama has flipped on from his campaign lies to gain POWER).
O.K., it was a beautiful thing to see the first African American President; including one who is a family man, articulate, and more (breaking silly black stereotypes).
However, more sinister than any rascist stereotype is trusting Obama, or fear of opposing him due to (ONLY) his skin color. This is a N.W.O. plan, as is has been hypnotically programmed in us for a few decades.
Obama is no Martin Luther King (which was a true Christian to the max); this man (IMO) has strings, and they are pulled by a higher order (as he is used for his talented speech and color) to promote an AGENDA.

Why should the Gov. be able to tell us to get on the bus ……………GLEN BECK. Why don’t you confront the real problems instead of sympathizing with people and calming them down this path that YOU and the rest of the media are all in on. You are a fraud just like the ones you make fun of…………..Here is an idea ! why don’t all of the media and the gov. GET ON A BUS and take anyone ignorant enough to listen with you.

Why would I take an experiemental swine flu vaccine when the swine flu itself is mild? In 1976 the government tried to scaremonger everyone into taking the swine flu vaccine and more people died of the actual vaccine than the swine flu itself.

I only just started watching the Glenn Beck TV show on FOX—and before I knew much about Beck, I distrusted the Obama administration from the start. Just saying this in response to the “While trying to spread mistrust of the Obama administration, Glenn Beck is also spreading fear about the swine flu vaccine,” bit.
I will not be getting the Swine Flu Vaccination. I never trusted it—and it made me distrust it even more when government began making the vaccination mandatory.

There is so much ignorance and blind trust regarding vaccinations. Unfortunately, there is more harm in this vaccine than good. Thermersol (contains high levels of mercury) PROVEN neurotoxin and other dangerous chemicals are in this vaccine. People with chronic illnesses don’t even realize that the origins of their problems are from vaccines and other toxins in our environment. Wake up America, do your research. There are many brilliant doctors, scientists, and other professionals who have proven this to be true. It took one of my own family members being severely affected to learn the truth about many things in medicine.
Helpful hint: Del-immune V (I have no association to this company) is the best immune system supplements I have ever come across. Amazing product. Many others as well, but this one tops them all.
