This is just a snapshot of the more than 800 demonstrations that took place as part of the “March For Our Lives” event that was organized in the span of just over a month.Â
“Mr. President, if you’re watching, I am watching you. And you better darn know that I will make sure that you sign that bill into law and that you will change this, or so help me, I will vote you out.”
As the March For Our Lives swept through Washington D.C. and the world on Saturday, the impacts of the work being done by these young people were already being felt. Change is happening.
The president, wholly in the pocket of the NRA, wanted nothing to do with Saturday’s massive march in the nation’s capital.

Hours after Trump fired former deputy director of the FBI Andrew McCabe, the president’s personal lawyer is calling for an end to Robert Mueller’s special counsel investigation.

On an issue as consequential as a meeting with North Korea, it’s important for the administration to be on the same page. That’s not even close to what we’re seeing from this White House.
On a moral level, Trump’s behavior is despicable. From a legal perspective, this payoff deserves to be investigated thoroughly.Â
It’s unclear when or where the meeting would take place, but if the two men meet in North Korea, it would give a big boost to Kim Jong Un who seeks legitimacy more than anything else.

Even before Wednesday’s news, Robert Mueller appeared to have more than enough evidence to go after Trump for obstructing justice. The fact that the president has also been probing key witnesses for information about what they discussed with investigators is just icing on the cake.
In itself, just one of these scandals is enough to significantly damage a presidential administration. Some of them would even sink a presidency altogether.
“While Sam Nunberg and today was bonkers, underscore bonkers, it doesn’t take away from the fact that there are still questions being asked … about what the president when he was a candidate knew and when he knew it.”

The fact that the vast majority of Americans feel that Donald Trump is a racist is not the product of media bias. It’s a direct result of years’ worth of repugnant rhetoric and behavior.
