CNN use to be turned on in my house 24 7, until they started to lean to the right and not speak up enough for our Democrats, I turn my satelite tv to MSNBC now, especially after they start to repeat their daily shows. I enjoy MSNBC for their speaking up for the truth. CNN is NOT what it use to be.

The RW always accuses the LW of things they are doing or are planning on doing. This explains the censorship of the most important parts of Maher’s appearance on CNN. Censorship is something only the LW does. The RW operates on the principle that if we don’t show it or talk about it, it doesn’t exist or it never happened. An example was the abuse some of the RW protesters heaped upon some of the democratic politicians in March of 2010 as they walked to the House to vote on the HCR bill. Rep. Cleaver reported being spat upon, and Rep. Barney Franks reported being verbally attacked because he is homosexual. Well, as we know, Breitbart and others on the right denied these things happened, and even offered a ‘reward’ to anyone who could produce video evidence to ‘prove’ these things happened. They happened alright, but as far as the RW was concerned, if the perpetrators never owned up to the abusive acts, this never happened. I’ve never seen such a corrupt group of individuals in my entire life.

Great article Jason. I am a fan of both Seth and Bill.

The right wants more government regulations as well, but they want to regulate our rights and freedoms (The Patriot Act, anti-sodomy laws, gay marriage, anti-abortion laws, etc ). Liberals and the Dems for the most part, want government regulations to PROTECT things like the environment, and our rights and personal freedoms. This is a huge difference and needs to be constantly driven home.

To often, some of us will let tea baggers and social conservatives frame the argument as if they are for more freedom and less intrusive government, when nothing could be further from the truth.

Accessible health care and environmental regulations do not infringe on my freedoms, but Big Brother style right wing politics does!!

Good to know the chickenshits at cnn are hiding the best clips of Bill Maher subbing for Piers Morgan! The Suits musta been biting their nails wondering what he would come up with.
