Angie’s List doesn’t cost $10/month–but they also advertise on Rush Limbaugh, so I don’t subscribe to them in any event.

I wish I had the money to spend on your site, Leah. But since I don’t have that luxury I’ll just have to do my own research and take my chances.

So you forage on grass do you? You pick food out of bins and sleep on the streets? Interesting you have access to a computer – they usually cost money one way or another. So let’s presume you work or own a business or something. If you are compensated for your time, why shouldn’t everyone be? The hallmark of a free and equitable society is not everyone starving (and you obviously are not if you have computer access) but for everyone to be justly and fairly compensated. Work has value. If other people’s work does not – then why should we value YOURS? What have you done for the world lately? (I’m sure you think you’re the center of the universe, but we’d all disagree.)

Don’t sign up. Don’t learn. Try to cull the info on your own. Spend your money stupidly. You are quite free to do this. THAT is the source of freedom, not taking other people’s work without caring about them. That attitude is soooo Romney!

I for one value what Leah’s done and have and will continue to support her! Brava, Leah. You’ve given all of us info we’d never get on our own!

Progressives think they should get something for nothing? That is sooooo RW! It’s what the 1% want. Leah and her research folks are doing this all day, every day and need help devoting their time to the cause. You so selfish you can’t support someone helping YOU? True progressives help support others doing the work we don’t have time to do.

I am totally shocked at the hyper individualism of these selfish responses!
