CARTOON: When Pointing Fingers Goes Wrong
Arizona Governor Jan Brewer explained that she shook her finger in President Barack Obama’s face on the airport tarmac because she “felt threatened” by the POTUS.
The entire incident happened yesterday when the Governor hand delivered a letter to the President when he touched down in Phoenix. The pair had a bit of a fight during their encounter during which, Jan Brewer actually shook her finger in Barack Obama’s face, which seems unusual.
Later in the day while explaining her actions, the Governor said, “I felt a little bit threatened, if you will, in the attitude that he had.”

All she did was show everyone how disqualified she is for elected office.

I hate to bring this up, but would she have felt “threatened” by a white man in the same posture?
There is no chance that the good Governor of Arizona would have shown such disrespect to a white President of either party. Or if by some fluke of inebriation she had shown such disrespect to a white President the press would not have publicized it.
It is time for America to live up to the standards of color blindness it professes and to treat Barack and Michelle Obama with the courtesy and respect accorded in the past to POTUS & FLOTUS.
