Conservatives Want to Fire John Boehner and Replace Him With Sarah Palin
A number of conservatives are so outraged with John Boehner over the fiscal cliff deal are seriously pushing to fire the Speaker and replace him with Sarah Palin.
Here are some of the tweets as rounded up by Politifreak:
Sarah Palin for House Speaker! (Technically, one need not be a member of Congress to serve as speaker.)
— Don Fredrick (@Colony14) January 2, 2013
@prosarah @c4palin Palin for Speaker. Wouldn’t that piss of the Dems? LOL
— Thomas Nickelsen (@tnickelsen) December 27, 2012
Here is a suggestion for Speaker…. Sarah Palin….. would love to see the look on O’s face….he hates her!
— ★Jeannie (@jeanniemcbride) December 29, 2012
I can help them out with that one. Here is what Obama’s face would probably look like if Palin became speaker:
@sarahpalinusa for speaker”@lheal: If we are going to give the Socialists what they want anyway, who is Speaker doesn’t matter. #FireBoehner“
— Howard Schargel (@schargel) January 2, 2013
Yes, because Boehner fights like a girl, and not in a good way @smallggay MT @sohali2012: Speaker of the House Sarah Palin? Hey, Why Not!
— JLThorpe (@JLThorpe) January 2, 2013
Cantor is a RINO. Palin as Speaker would cut thru the doublespeak, message well & garner enough attention. Plus, a great negotiator.
— Sharon Schwarz (@WooHooYoo) January 2, 2013
Conservatives think that the problem with the House is John Boehner, who also happens to be the last shred of common sense remaining in the House GOP leadership. Conservatives answer to the problem of a House majority that has been rendered irrelevant through their extremism is to get rid of the sane guy, and replace him with Sarah Palin.
The idea of Palin as Speaker of the House is hysterical considering that she seems to have no idea how the House even works, and she appears to no longer even bother with watching the news. (Come to think of it, Palin might be the perfect Speaker for these House Republicans.)
Sarah Palin as House Speaker would delight Democrats, because it would virtually guarantee a Democratic retaking of the House in 2014. There is no way that Republicans could hang on to their majority in with one of the least popular D-list celebrities in America as the face of the House. Conservatives don’t seem to get the fact that they might have gotten a deal that included some spending cuts if they hadn’t kneecapped John Boehner’s Plan B vote. House Republicans took away the tiny bit of negotiating position that they had, and then blamed Boehner for passing a deal that gave Obama virtually everything that he wanted.
President Obama doesn’t hate Sarah Palin. He is busy running the free world. Sarah Palin never even crosses his mind. Of course, most of these angry conservatives are still clinging on to the delusion that Palin was ever capable of being anything more than the Fox News circus freak sideshow that she has become.
Maybe conservatives are doing this to humiliate John Boehner?

Well, Precious, the Constitution does say/says only that the House can pick their Speaker; technically it does not say anything about an elected official with actual “membership”…in the real world, they would never get away with placing just any warm body in that seat, like a Sister Sara.
Somewhere along the line, there probably is a law, a bi-law, a governmental body that can provide evidence that, yes, you must be an elected official of the house during the term you serve. Otherwise, we would have constant nepotism or “royal families” placing heirs on official “thrones”…it’s bad enough seats are bought and paid for by “money=free speech” Klan…
The Founding Fathers were doing their best to prevent anyone from using any of the 3 branches as “thrones”.
However, that’s exactly what these idjuts think they can do; make a Sister Sara throne so she can be Queen of the Idiocracy. Their arrogance is utterly stunning, to say the least.

I think Constitutional Law would uphold the need to be part of Congress to be elected Speaker.
But we’d have little to worry about. She has never held any office full term, so she’d be around for only one year before getting bored and resigning.

The Palinutz have long suspected what Palin has known for months but confessed only a couple of days ago – that Roger Ailes refused to renew her contract with F-X. The Palin cult freaks have been looking for another job for her for a very long time, a job just like the F-X gig that requires a lot of mouthing off but no real work (she hates work). Their latest brainwave is the Speaker’s job (they checked the rules and there is no requirement for the Speaker to speak intelligibly).
Imagine it ….going rogue in the House, the galleries filled with those dozens of Wasilla parasites that her PAC supports, the word salad shooter working non-stop. And then she quits. Because they’re picking on her family.

But, they get an “A” for turning in the most absurd reason for not doing any work; bring in “The Palin”!
I have never seen a bigger bunch of parallel universe people…they are hell bent on ignoring America for their own intent and purpose which is, in the words of Eric Heubeck:
“Our movement will be entirely destructive, and entirely constructive. We will not try to reform the existing institutions. We only intend to weaken them, and eventually destroy them. We will endeavor to knock our opponents off-balance and unsettle them at every opportunity. All of our constructive energies will be dedicated to the creation of our own institutions….
“We will maintain a constant barrage of criticism against the Left. We will attack the very legitimacy of the Left. We will not give them a moment’s rest. We will endeavor to prove that the Left does not deserve to hold sway over the heart and mind of a single American. We will offer constant reminders that there is an alternative, there is a better way. When people have had enough of the sickness and decay of today’s American culture, they will be embraced by and welcomed into the New Traditionalist movement. The rejection of the existing society by the people will thus be accomplished by pushing them and pulling them simultaneously.
“We will use guerrilla tactics to undermine the legitimacy of the dominant regime. We must create a countervailing force that is just as adept as the Left at intimidating people and institutions that are used as tools of left-wing activism but are not ideologically committed, such as Hollywood celebrities, multinational corporations, and university administrators.
We must be feared, so that they will think twice before opening their mouths…”

If this Heubeck guy is in any way related to the John Birch Society of old, then he is related to the Koch Brothers who are out to do damage, if not destroy, our country. I think they are fascists and the “Tea Party” is only the mildest form of their onslaught.

Yeah, but this also illustrates why they are so ignorant. It’s not real or “pure” socialism…..not even close. Anytime you have public and social programs within a capitalistic framework, true or pure socialism is out the window. Sarah Palin for Speaker? Bwaaaahhahaha ( tears rolling). This female (& I use that term loosely) is the sane broad that took her home state for over $350,000 using her daughter’s reality show to do it. She is a conservative? Yeah right.
She is a loud mouth idiot who used get looks and folksy speak and conned the fools into believing her pathetic ass. She has no spine. She couldn’t even finish out her term as governor of AK. She can’t handle pressure. She could never make it in DC . She’d go running to the wilderness. Look at how she reacted when Faux News put her on the backburner. Congress? Heck, she’d cry more than “Boner”. Roflmbo

“Go figure that libs can’t see that Sarah is far more brilliant and intelligent than the retard they call president.”
Sarah Palin
- thought Africa was a country
- claimed she could “see Russia from her house”
- replied “all of them” when asked what magazines she read
“More brilliant and intelligent” than the President? Only to morons such as yourself . . .

The reason Palin is so popular among Repubes is because she’s not unhappy and not unmarried ! What a bunch of rubes!

What does her marital status and her happiness about it or the lack thereof have to do with the fact that she simply lacks qualifications? There are plenty of happily married folks on all points of the political spectrum, so that’s completely beside the point. Most Americans have already made up their minds about her, based on her own actions and words. It’s no one else’s fault that she is sorely lacking in class, maturity, knowledge of national/foreign affairs, or political savvy. At any rate, John Boehner has won another term as Speaker, even if it’s by the skin of his teeth. Anyone who still thinks Palin belongs anywhere near Congress or the White House needs his/her head examined.

After reading her history, were she not rich right now I sincerely doubt they would still be married.

I’d probably vote conservative if it weren’t for the Republicans. I love watching them destroy themselves. Maybe one day the party can actually make some sense again.

By all means let’s do it. Boehner just doesn’t cut it. I’m sure Palin is the better choice.

Yes please! Replace Boehner with a woman who’s bailed on her two elected positions and has no legislative experience; that would make the Republicans SOOO more effective, wouldn’t it? The House has ethics rules (I know, I’m laughing too) which would cut down on the media-whore activities of her and her family. This is someone who thought Africa was a country and that Paul Revere was warning the colonists about gun control.
Sarah Palin is to the Republican Party what Jar-Jar Binks is to “Star Wars.”
