Due (and SUPER Thanks to) Rmuse and PoliticusUSA.com (and all the others who called and helped ask WTF)

The Delaware Court Clerk has admitted clear error and posted the Mitt Romney/ Bain Capital briefing into the docket record.

NOT only that – she did not hide the fact that it was Received two weeks ago. It states put in record Nov 6 and FILED October 25th.

There’s SO Much more to this case – your mind will always be boggled.

A former federal agent blew my mind – revealing a fact to me last week – forcing me to admit even I do not know everything.

I’m the one who filed the brief and deeply appreciate PoliticusUSA and Rmuse for having the integrity to do what even Matt Taibbi refused to do.

“Tell the Whole Story”

As for the issue of what it was “mailed” instead of e filed – you would have to know the full history of the case. If you look at the items 104, 105 and 111 of my brief – you will see how far these scoundrels are willing to go to bury this case.

They block me from E-Filing and – as no one who is in the legal profession is willing to dare go against Goldman Sachs and POTUS wannabe Romney – NO one else could file it for me (practicing law without at license). It is not the 1st time the clerk has played games. Even switching docket items to “back date” other items (purportedly to defeat my timing).

Specifically, I did it by “USPS Express Mail”
to be covered by the Mail Fraud statutes.

Fortunately – they signed for it – and found out what it was – after it was received and documented by the “Mail”.
