The guy is either a liar (i.e., he knew exactly what he was signing, since he authored the letters) or he’s incompetent (i.e., he was a stooge for his own staff and made a habit of letting them dictate public policy and then signing off on documents that he had not even read.)

wanna see the real romney, google “mccain romney VP pdf”. 200 page report mccain used to eliminate willard from VP contention, and pick palin. it is worth the time, it is a documented jaw dropping report. willard is way dirtier than americans know.
