    Well, it’s got to go one way or the other, but Igor Panarin is preducting in 2010 that the U.S. will have a civil war then be partitioned into six sections, below. 2010 should be interesting!

    he infrastructure projects are necessary, but the economy could be in recovery before these projects ever break ground. The focus of any package should be helping those who are hurting now. Government can’t solve the recession, but it can cushion the blow.

    It means it will started to recover from end of 2010. But I dont think it will do some thing better for from that year. Probably 2012 would be the better year for citizens.
