Palin brought suit against the DOI May 15 to de list polar bears from the threatened species list. She wants to protect oil drillers in the Beaufort sea from polar bear habitat.

Sarah Palin has validated her stand with the global warming issue. She really need to sit-down with Al Gore for “Global Warming 101″ and watch Gore’s “Inconvenient Truth” film documentary. I personally think her stubborness on the issue has something to do with her policy in Alaska, with Big Oil Drilling companies, the protection of endangered species such as polar bears. Does she realized that by driving her car everyday she already contributed to air pollution, thus, she added to the global warming, or per latest research it says what we eat, such as, steak also contributed to the global warming, in her case her appetite to hunt caribous, deers etc.

Sarah Palin seems to be now beginning to confabulate and not be able to withstand the continued probing of her intellect and common sense. What an earth was she thinking when she seemed to indicate that she could not remember what she is and has been reading? This is becomming a full fledged embarassment for the country. To flub once maybe forgiven but a series of flubs, is just not acceptable. John McCain should jetison her,and he should admit now his error, or he will forever regret his impulsiveness took over from his better judgement. Roll on the debate with Joe Biden

Palin sounds like more of the same because she is more of the same. We’re getting a good dose of how the media & publicity can build some one up, when the reality of her, her beliefs and her expression of those beliefs is much different. Not that any of us would do well in a Couric interview, but most of use aren’t going to be one heart attack away from arguably the most powerful office on the planet.

Palin probably reads the Anchorage Daily News, mostly, because it is the only “printed today” paper we get, aside from the Wall Street Journal, in Anchorage. If she’d named a paper, the press would have made a big issue of it. What papers does John McCain or Barack Obama read?
Having read her answer on abortion, I can see a middle ground here. I’m pro-choice, and now I see that I can still consider her even with her stance on pro-life.
However, that ariel wolf-hunting commission that she repopulated, after 2 state referendums to stop the slaughter, still gives me heartburn.
I’m in a quandry: I don’t like any of the candidates exactly, but, at least with Sarah, she seems the most honest, so far. At least double dealing, lying, hardline party politics is not her style.
