Yeah, government workers are overpaid alright… so um, when are you gonna take a paycut Senator? I’m sure you’ll back Ron Paul’s bill on the raise freeze for yourself right?

Mitt Romney did not draw a salary as Governor (a job he no longer holds) while he was in office. Since he made his fortune as a very capable businessman, I seriously doubt he’d doing any of the things he’s doing for money. It appears that he actually wants to make a difference using his skills and intelligence to improve the ability of Government functions without overtaxing citizens.

Would someone please put up a link to a private sector job where you can make a career out of mowing lawns, janitorial work or holding a stop/go sign near road construction? I am specifically looking for a job that pays around $30-$35 per hour with 12-16 paid holidays (including Juneteeth day), 4-6 weeks paid vacation, a $24,000 per year health care plan paid for by my employer and a employer paid retirement plan that pays me at least 80% of my highest paycheck with full medical. Since my present job that required a college degree, cut my pay 30%, trimmed my health care benefits while raising my premium and is now threatening to close and move to China if things don’t improve, please only send links to jobs that are almost layoff proof.
