Numbers such as the popular vote in MI and FL work for her so she counts them.

Numbers such as the popular vote in IA, NV, AK, AS, CO, ID, KS, MN, NM, ND, NE, WA, MA, HI, and WY don't work in her favor so she discounts them.

"Clinton" is becoming synonymous with "Weasel".
