John McCain has re-asserted his vow to run a "respectful" campaign. In virtually the same breath, he also promised to "whip" Obama's "you-know-what" in Wednesday's final presidential debate. Perhaps this is an attempt to distract from any "age" issue. I believe the last time I heard this childish bravado was during a school yard recess --- in elementary school.
