Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh say outrageous, nasty things about people that do not march in lock-step with them every day. Hannity is a chicken hawk and this damned Bernard McGirk (Spell?) is another one who stands so far to the right that he shows up on the left. I’ve had enough of these nasty bastards every day. Now, they accuse everyone else of using fear to scare potential voters. Really? Just look at your own ads.

There actually is a common sense argument to limit the vote in the post “Too Many People Vote” at the “Grumbles From an Old Grouch” blog. (grumblesfromanoldgrouch.c...). It would have the added benefit of giving us better laws and (hopefully) better politicians.

The Republicans probably wouldn’t like it, because it doesn’t discriminate on the basis of minority, poverty or political party. Plus, the effect of all that campaign cash would be lessened a great deal.

ps: Don’t assume that it’s anti-democracy just because of the post’s title. The post is actually very pro-democracy.

I dont watch Fox, but it agitates me physically on even these clips to see the commentators interrupt the people talking just because they wont answer a bated question.
