Yes this is a well known fact. The second largest shareholder in Fox also is contributing to the Community Center. As to his contributions to terrorists I think I heard that was debunked but I havent looked any deeper

So it’s okay to talk about Mosaic Law and enforcing Mosaic Law but it’s wrong to talk about Sharia Law…when there is absolutely no difference between them. In other words, Christians have more rights than Muslims.

Wait a minute – isn’t murdoch’s business partner a Saudi who not only contributes money to terrorists, but also has ties to Park 51? Did anyone else hear about this? Am I delusional?

Excellent post with great links and summary.

The ironic aspect of all this fear-mongering about Muslim “Centers for Terrorists” is that the USA has seen an explosion of “centers” for domestic terrorists (white supremacy and militia groups) even greater than in the 1990′s during the previous Democratic presidency. In 1995, the worst act of domestic terrorism in our country’s history was perpetrated by Tim McVeigh on the Murrah Federal Building (168 workers, visitors, and children in an on-site daycare died) in Oklahoma City.

I should know. I was one of the physicians in a hospital four blocks away — waiting for casualties.

While the right-wing and its media arms (FOX and talk radio) are trying to scare Americans about possible Muslim terrorist schemes and plots, domestic terrorists are already plotting in our own back yards —- and, just like Tim McVeigh, these domestic terrorists don’t give a sh*t about “collateral damage” (innocent civilians) in their desired rampage against our government and her people.

FOX and the right-wing operatives seem oblivious of the fact that this calculated fear-mongering of “the other” directly feeds the growth of these domestic organizations. Hate is easy to provoke, but hard to control — and FOX et al will hide behind the diffusion of responsibility as collective entities always do when negative consequences result.
