House Democrats Call On DOJ to Investigate Election Fraud by Sproul
According to Talking Points Memo, three Democratic Members of the House of Representatives asked Eric Holder to order an investigation into alleged tampering in voter registration drives by Strategic Allied Consulting and Pinpoint. Both companies are owned by Republican operative Nathan Sproul and both companies were hired by the RNC.
Reps. Jim Moran, Bobby Scott and Gerry Connolly, all of Virginia, wrote a letter to the Attorney-General which says in part:
Our inquiry is prompted by the recent media reports that an employee of Pinpoint, a subsidiary of Strategic Allied Consulting, was charged in Rockingham County, Virginia with 13 counts of destruction of voter registration applications, disclosure of voter registration information, and obstruction of justice. We note that in addition to its Rockingham County operation, Pinpoint is reportedly operating in at least five other jurisdictions in Virginia: Chesapeake City, Fairfax County, Prince William County, Loudoun County, and Virginia Beach. We also note that prior to drawing a paycheck from Pinpoint, the charged individual was under the direct employ of Strategic Allied Consulting.
As you are aware, Strategic Allied Consulting is currently under investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and faces more than 200 allegations of voter registration fraud including registration of the deceased. Allegations of voter registration fraud by Strategic Allied Consulting also have been raised in Arizona and Colorado. The number of allegations in a multitude of locations would seem to suggest something more than the isolated acts of “a few bad apples.
The Department of Justice reportedly acknowledges receiving the letter, but has no comment at this time.
NBC reports “Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli said in a letter Monday that his ‘hands are tied’ and that he could not launch an investigation into the alleged destruction of voter registration forms without a formal request from one of three sources: the State Board of Elections, a local commonwealth’s attorney or a local electoral board member.”
We also know that the official in the impacted county doesn’t believe when an individual employed by a Republican strategist and dumps Democrats’ registration forms that it could be politically motivated.
We do know that the RNC paid Sproul’s companies millions of dollars for their services. We also know, according to Sproul, the RNC requested that he establish a new company given the political baggage from his services in previous elections.
Finally, we know that the RNC ordered State level officials to hire Sproul’s companies.
As I reported previously, State officials in Florida and Virginia are reluctant to investigate the alleged election fraud occurring in their states. It’s time for the DOJ to step in and get to the bottom of this attack on our electoral system.

This man should have been in jail for years now. Everyone who ever hired him should be prosecuted even the head of the RNC.

Why can’t they just leave well enough alone? Regesiter people and be done with it. You know that saying when you push someone they are going to push back even harder. Well the pushing back is happening. We are not going to let the RNC take our democracy away from us. It is our rights.

Eric Holder and the rest of his team need to take this seriously and get moving. We only have a few days left or else we’ll have Romney as President. This shady man is intent on winning at any costs for his masters – the Koch Brothers, Adelson and of course for Netenyahu’s war. Move on this Eric Holder!

This is a drop in the bucket to what’s going on in other states! Look at Colorado, Maryland, Washington State- to name a few! Right now, we are finding out about the Romney’s ties to ownership in Hart Intercivic Voting Machines, Scytl, & Diebold. Wonder why Romney always looks so arrogant and cocksure of his win? They haven’t done enough with voter repression, snake-like redistricting, gerrymandering, laws to curtail our ability to verify the counts (CO, HB1036), eliminating 19 states Exit Polls….no!! They have the ability to rig the machines!! The UN is bringing in over 100 to supervise our voting system. The Leaders of the Free World…are no more!!

1. In Arizona the notices to vote sent to Spanish homes mention the voting date as Nov 8, not November 6th as everyone else. They claim a misprint.
2. Then the news that one of the Romney sons has purchased voting machines.
3. In AZ, the voting registration person in charge has been in the Romney camp campaigning and raising funds , how can that be legal. She should have excused from one job or the other as it presents a huge conflict of interest.
4. We need the UN observers in AZ

I hope and pray the Democrats will be on this GOP Election Fraud like white-and-rice! If we can prove Republicans have tampered with our vote it would be devastating for the whole Republican Party.
We have never seen such a blatant level of viciousness coming from the GOP as we have seen this year and it’s clear they will stop at nothing to steal this election.
Every one of us needs to be on guard, ask your polling station if they have experienced any strange irregularities, and report anything out of the ordinary.
Please contact family members and neighbors…make sure they will be voting, offer them a ride if need be.
Remember Election-2000? We all sat by in shock as the USSC stepped in, telling us to “Stop counting…Bush Won”.
If we see a stolen election happening again…we all need to be out in our streets. Both big cities and small towns…let it be known we that we protest and we demand a recount!
Just as they did in Montreal:

What does it matter what you’re registered as — you can vote any way you want, right?
