The Vp’s speech at TAPS National Military Survivor Seminar and Good Grief Camp showed what this man is all about. He is a man of the people and there is nothing wrong with that.

Joe Biden is a national treasure, and I love the fact that he can connect to everyday Americans of all races. I can’t imagine anyone as Willard’s VP who could surpass him in this respect. He and Barack Obama make a superb team, and I definitely plan to vote for them again this November.

I like VP Biden and I thought he was a great choice when the President chose him to be his VP. Biden has a great deal of experience and he knows how to reach out to people and really connect with them. I listened to his NAACP speech and the people in attendance were really responding to him – not just to the words he said, but to HIM. He might not have much of a “brain-to-mouth” filter, but I find that to be a plus, not a negative. He tells it like it is and in spite of the fact that he is Vice President of the United States, he comes across as just a normal, every day man who isn’t perfect and isn’t trying to be. He doesn’t take himself too seriously despite his position. It’s refreshing.
