That’s a phoney poll ginned up by the GOPTP to instill fear in their voters to get out & vote. Senator McCaskill said not to believe it.

Wow. Can’t we do better than this? My Texas relatives (and a couple Ohioans) ad convinced that Obama has raised their taxes, bin Laden is still alive, Obama may not be American, and that Mitt and Jethro are really ‘decent men who want what’s best for America.” I am not kidding, and these are educated people! Fox and the GOP have done such a good job not only demonizing the President, but clouding the line between truth and lies, and people believe Fox over taking time to find the facts. And when presented with facts that disagee with Fox, they think the LSM is lying. I could wring Palin’s neck for her part in this. And McCain, for thrusting her and her evil on the country.

The funny thing is, I had an English Teacher in High School that used to pick on the female students.

I finally warned him off during Midterms.

Well, he ASKED how to make his class better, so I told him he was making the girls uncomfortable.

Lines like “Girls, you don’t brush you hair in my class, and I won’t pee in the corner”.

He thought it was hilarious!

Like when a Football Jock wrote an application letter to Notre Dame.

This guy was on the Admissions Board for ND, and he read the letter aloud in class to make fun of the guy !

Of course, the students in his class knew EXACTLY who had written the letter. The kid was crushed.

Four years later, my cousin took his class. And one day, he didn’t come to the morning class.

Finally, a Substitute Teacher came in, and announced “I’m sorry to tell you, Mr. ##### has had a heart attack”.

There was a standing ovation.

man… i spent the first decade of my life in Milford, and every weekend visiting the woman who raised me from when I was 10-18, so this really sucks. It’s a small town, where the people were friendly, even in winter. Michigan keeps taking hits not only financially, but socioculturally and politically, too. It’ll always be my home state, and I still root for the Redwings, but it won’t be much longer before I stop bringing it up.

Unless you hear me ask for some pop.

I’m almost sad he resigned…and that he wasn’t a teacher for my daughter. Can’t think of anyone more deserving of a good, hearty choke-slam………….
