I don’t EVER want these clowns to brag about how much they love the constitution, because anybody can easily bring up this example of how a Republican wants to change it.

Compare this to the last time when the Democrats wanted to change the constitution, which (as far as I know) history records… NEVER!

What would happen if we had such an amendment, and something catastrophic happened? Would we have to wait for Congress to repeal or override the amendment so monies could be borrowed for an unexpected expense? Congress needs to do their jobs and if they had been doing them all along, we would not be in this predicament.
