   I watched it last night and it was just the best! The Corgies running around under foot were unforgettable and she looked fabulous in her peach “plume”…smashing!

   We have a tradition where me and my sisters always get together and watch the opening and closing ceremonies together. Last night was no exception. We enjoyed it, and we liked this particular segment. Good for the Queen for participating in it.

   I’ve read some comments elsewhere, some which do not need to be repeated, and some are saying they didn’t like it and that they didn’t get it. If you were watching NBC, you were told what the context was so it was easy to follow along. But even if you didn’t hear it, you could still get the gist of what they were doing.

   Anyway, I enjoyed it, my sisters enjoyed it, and it seems like in spite of some grumbling, most people enjoyed it.

   I have to admit though, they had me the minute Kenneth Brannaugh walked out there. :)

   NBC edited the opening of the olympics, there was a moving tribute to the victims of terror at the beginning and NBC showed insteaD THE sEACREST INTERVIEW. why?????

   I was born in the UK and we LOVE our NHS!

   I also heard a lot of fuss about NBC not live-streaming the OC. Why?

   One word: Advertising. But I don’t get why they would edit it and put that Completely Snoozy interview with Phelps. Lame!
