Here is What a Republican Approved Unskewed Poll Looks Like In Florida
By: Jason EasleySep. 29th, 2012more from Jason Easley
Republicans have been complaining endlessly about the polls all being skewed towards Obama, so PPP gave conservatives the ‘unskewed’ results of their polling in Florida.
According to PPP, the real results in Florida reveal that Mitt Romney is beloved in the state. Mitt Romney has an 89% favorable rating, and only an 11% unfavorable rating. In contrast, President Obama should probably never show his face in the state again. Obama has a horrid 9% favorable rating to go along with an 89% unfavorable rating. Romney leads Obama 88%-9% in the state. Romney leads on the economy 86%-9%%, and on foreign policy 88%-8%.
Forget Obama’s five point Florida lead in other polls. This is a real poll that shows the truth without all of the liberal spin for Obama. How did PPP finally get a poll that conservatives could get behind? They only released the Republican half of their polling. Yes, the sample is composed of 0 Democrats and 100% Republicans.
When Republicans grumble about the polls being skewed towards Obama, what they are really complaining about is the fact that Mitt Romney is losing. So in order to escape reality, conservatives have come up with their own polling technique that allows them to live in their own reality. Conservatives can make the polls show that Romney is winning by not sampling any or as many Democrats and Independents.
Republicans are trying some of these same techniques around the country with their voter ID laws and election fraud tactics. The goal just like in the polling is to have more Republicans than Democrats show up to vote on Election Day. While PPP’s poll release was funny, what is happening around the country is no laughing matter. Republicans are desperate, and will do anything to help Mitt Romney win.
Their claims that the polls are biased are nothing more than an excuse riddled smokescreen designed to divert attention for what they are really doing on the ground in critical swing states. Republicans want to make the electorate look like the GOP sample in the PPP poll.
It is up to you to make sure that doesn’t happen.

My sister in Ohio is one of these deluded people. She thinks Bachmann is right and that there are Muslim Brotherhood “infiltrators’ in the Obama administration. That he is turning the country over to them because he is so weak. That he should have prevented the Libyan emabassy attacks..I’m not sure HOW making Obama look bad benefits people who really, really don’t want Romney in charge, but hey, no one said the GOP has any brains left. Anyway, I’m sure my sister’s FB pals are getting an earful, but I sent her facts and she is now ignoring me again. I refuse to use FB ever again after I was called names and attacked by people I don’t even know for daring to think Obama is doing a good job at a really tough time.
So we can hope they will see the light, but they are a pretty stubborn, angry, bunch of people.

Sally, it’s always wise to remember that people believe what they WANT to believe. Religions prove it!

Just block them, Sally. Click that little X at the top of their message and “block this user”. There may have been 100 people who were never going to listen to the truth, but if you made 2 people think forward, you did a good job! :)

Most of my friends and family are in southern Va.I could not believe the hate displayed when I posted support for Obama.I was called les than human by someone who I thought was a good friend.I was told I was going to burn in hell by a cousin , and when I try to give the facts on why my positions are the way they are, they simply told me I was being brain washed by not watching Fox News.I see subtle support from some people from the south, but they are afraid of being bullied and blacklisted by there piers in there community.I dont feel this hate towards people who oppose Obama. Why are they displaying so much hate towards Obama and supporters?

The folks in Southern Virginia have been most seriously affected by the recession, so they are likely to be more bitter than those of us in the northern part of the state, where the economy is doing better. They are therefore more likely to buy into the Rove-designed propaganda that paints President Obama as everything he is NOT.

You should ask your sister if Bush should have prevented the 11 attacks on our foreign embassies during his administration. How about 9/11? Only the GOP would turn an attack on the U.S., in which 3K Americans died, into “Bush kept us safe for 7 years”! Sure he did, AFTER he ignored the DB’s on Al Qaeda and warnings that they were to attack the U.S. Ask her why it was OK for Bush & Cheney to refuse to testify under oath regarding 9/11 and why they refused to testify individually? It could only be that they were worried about keeping their stories straight. Their refusal to testify under oath means they didn’t want to be charged with perjury later.
I’ve dealt with a few family members who were anti-Obama back in ’08. When McCain picked Palin, they ended up voting Obama because they were afraid McCain might die in office leaving her to run the country (just the thought makes me nauseous to this day) When things didn’t turn around immediately, they started in on me telling me how Obama never should have been elected, blah, blah, blah, but they are also not that stupid that they couldn’t see the GOP obstruction. They ended up registering as Independents and will be voting Obama again because Romney scares the hell out of them. Anybody that isn’t afraid of him, is clueless IMO. He’ll take our country to war with Iran in a heartbeat without a thought as to how many young Americans would die fighting another needless war. However, he’d profit as well as his buddies with their defense contracts.
We can try to educate others but the other things we can do is help get people to the voting booths. If everyone who was able volunteered a few hours of their time, the GOP wouldn’t stand a chance against us this year. Please do what you can to help. It’s going to be so worth it when we see President Obama take the oath of office again in January 2013.

Sally, the truth is that ALEC (American Legislative Exchange Council) which is an ARM of Paul Weyrich’s New Right Party (Heritage Fdn, Free Congress Fdn, America’s Voice, Moral Majority, ALEC) TOLD a company called Brietbart to recruit and mobilize thousands to TROLL on ALL websites against Obama. That is a matter of FACT. We ignore Trolls and mark them as spam. Don’t respond nor comment them back!

Yes, they certainly are an angry bunch of people. I’ve tried to be selective in what I share on FB, because of the few friends I have on the other side, but I’m getting disgusted with them all. There is no reasoning with them, especially with the facts (heaven forbid). This will be a long last month, but I have every confidence that we will win in November. It’s what’s happening in these swing states via ALEC and others that worries me. I have never seen such desperate actions. I am optimistic that good will win out over the evil and hatred out there.

Republicans are like the poor deluded souls that head for the fun house mirrors at amusement parks. They go to the mirror that will show them what they want to see. They don’t want the facts, and will get defiantly belligerent with anyone that produces them. Here is one of my favorite videos of Soledad O’Brien trying to explain to Peter King that the facts do not support his narrative. Note; his instantaneous revulsion to the mention of a fact checking site.

Could someone tell the people that put on the Sunday political shows that there are two political parties?

Do you think that any of the Sunday political shows will talk about the possible implications of Ann Romney’s concern for her husband’s “mental” well-being? No. I don’t think so either. On the other hand, had the wife of a Democratic presidential candidate said anything remotely like what Ann said, the candidate would have already been put in a metaphorical straight-jacket by the media and the Sunday political shows would just finish the job.

Especially since ignorance is inherited. We all know the educational level of the 47% that are Republican. Uneducated people breed ignorance. Ignorant people are loyal to the end and seem to follow (Fudge Nauseous Mews) as their “Encyclopedia of Knowledge.”

The GOP is trying to build a case which will aid them in stealing the election just as they did 2000 when they usurped the people and put the chimp in office. Be prepared for the GOP to become even more petulant, recalcitrant, and childish after they lose again. They may even start a Red state movement for secession. Where I am in Texas the hostility towards our President is insane as are many GOP adherents.

Yes, you are correct about Election Fraud and 2 wins for Bush due to it’s use of the voting machines “flipping” votes, counting Gores’ votes backwards, disappearing votes, burning ballots, etc.. They WILL use them only on a larger scale this time. Romney owns Lots of Preferred Shares in Diebold. Romney’s old buddies at Bain now own Scytl. We CANNOT validate the votes anymore. There is NOTHING anyone can do to stop a “New Right” governor from “flipping” the vote to Romney. NOTHING!! We are now facing laws to curtail our ability to verify counts (CO, HB1036). Our Vote is NOT Protected!!! Call the AG and voice your concern!!!

In Virginia, they have already threatened “revolution” if President Obama is re-elected. One of our really virulent Republican neighbors has put up a huge sign that invites everyone to go see 2016 and “learn the truth,” from what is essentially a fictional account of President Obama POSSIBLE thoughts, and what he MIGHT do in the future as a result, all based on the ravings of a would-be psychoanalyst with no medical credentials. D’Souza is a shameless fraud, who has made a bundle on this ridiculous film.

They NEED the polls to be close in order to get away with Election Fraud by rigging the machines. At this point, there is NOTHING that anyone can do to stop “New Right” governors from “flipping” the votes for Romney. Romney owns Preferred Shares in Diebold and his old buddies from Bain now own Scytl. You can go to websites: handcountedpaperballots dot org and/or blackboxvoting dot org and see what you can do and how sophisticated their plan is to Steal our Votes!!

What a sad day for our country when the GOP(gods of poverty) set out to steal the presidents seat. They are being quite upfront about there reasons, we have governors saying that of course they are trying to keep democrats from voting. Now we have them making up ‘polls’ and a gop voting registar got in trouble in florida, but i really think that they plan to buy the vote. The same ‘people’ that got the presidents seat for bush now suround romney.
