Rick Santorum thinks Planned Parenthood’s killing Minorities
Longshot candidate for the 2012 Republican Nomination, Rick Santorum, realizes if he wishes to remain relevant in a field of loons and reality TV stars he’s going to have start making some ridiculously false and insane statements. Former Republican Senator of Pennsylvania, Rick Santorum, a rabid homophobe (yet whose last name means “anal froth from gay sex”) and surely the biggest GOP closeted homosexual at present, seems to feel that there exists a large amount of planned parenthood clinics in areas with sizable concentrations of minorities.
“Well, look at — and I know they dispute this — certainly a lot of evidence that the location of their clinics happen to be in places, historically places, where there are high concentrations of minorities for example,” Santorum explained to a gaggle of reporters after a foreign policy speech he made in Washington Friday. “
The placement of clinics and the targeted advertising may be a bastion of what Santorum called Planned Parenthood’s “horrific origins,” but he said much of the “poisonous” nature of the organization has remained even as it has claimed to, he said, “transform over time.”
Rick Santorum has probably visited these places with minorities as many times as Donald Trump has voted. After all, the GOP has “always” worked endlessly to implement policies that” better” the lives of “poor minorities”. But Rick Santorum loves children, and he will stop at nothing to become the President of the Fetus. Mr.Santorum makes up a brand of social conservatives who seek to exaggerate Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger’s support for eugenics with claims of “black genocide”. Naturally, Santorum and company use the fear of fallacy to hoodwink unsuspecting minorities into hating Planned Parenthood.
It is well-known that abortion makes up but a modicum (and that is a factual statement) of what Planned Parenthood actually does (just don’t tell Senator Kyl), and the tax dollars its receive are used only cover family planning and reproductive health for women. But that pesky fact shouldn’t stop uber-conservative Jesus Freaks in the Republican party from making asses of themselves. Lord knows Donald Trump has given them new and inventive ways to do it.
Rick Santorum recently called on Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels (R) to sign a bill in his state that would “defund” Planned Parenthood for Hoosiers, pointing to what he calls the group’s shady past and sketchy present. As opposed to the impeccably squeaky clean DC based conservative christian group, The Family, which has been instrumental in attacking gays when its own members aren’t too destroying the sanctity of marriage.
“I can’t imagine any other organization with its roots as poisonous as the roots of Planned Parenthood getting federal funding of any kind,” Santorum said. “This is an organization that was founded on the eugenics movement, founded on racism — I mean, it’s horrific. It’s origins are horrific. And you can say, ‘well it’s not that anymore.’ It’s not far from where it was in my opinion.”
Again, Santorum is going to have to increase production in bat sh#t is he wishes to remain competitive in the republican presidential race.
While Rick Santorum may think he’s as cool “with the blacks” as Donald Trump, Planned Parenthood’s Director of African-American Media, Veronica Byrd, released this pointed rebuttal in response to Santorum’s baseless fear-mongering:
Rick Santorum has stooped to using race as a wedge issue to launch a highly political attack ON Planned Parenthood. The truth is that the doctors and nurses who deliver care at Planned Parenthood’s more than 800 health centers provide women from every community with basic preventive care, including lifesaving breast and cervical cancer screenings, Pap tests, annual exams, testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections, and HIV testing. Like other American women, African-American women understand that Planned Parenthood works every day to make sure that all women have access to high quality, affordable healthcare.
Adding even more pesky facts to Santorum’s patently false accusations, a study on the placement of planned parenthood clinics concluded that fewer than one in 10 abortion clinics are located in predominantly African-American neighborhoods, or those in which the majority of residents are black.
Sorry Rick. It looks like you’re going to have to amp up the bat sh#t if you wish to beat out Tim Pawlenty in the who is the most white and boring Republican candidate running for oval office.

But the right doesn’t care if these morons lie. They WANT to believe this crap, and so the rich white guys keep spitting it out. They WANT Obama to be an alien, a muslim, an enemy to America, because they cannot cope with an intelligent, thoughtful, humble man leading the US. They want a chest beating liar to scare them to death. Sickening, truly disgusting.

Glad you mentioned the age old, “yeah and Margaret Sanger was a racist” argument they always like to bring up. It’s almost as good as how we Dems oppress the poor by providing them with financial assistance so they won’t starve, wear rags from dumpsters or live in the woods. Cause apparently if they were just left to their own devices, they’d all be multi millionaires. Or more likely dead, in jail (for shoplifting food, probably) or inevitably rising up and demanding something.

Why is that little girl crying? And why is she carrying a doll that looks like her? How old is she, anyway? She looks like she’s 12 but dressed like she’s 6.
All in all, that looks like a very strange wife and children.

The symbolism is strange, but there are some outfits, one of which is called My Twin, that will custom- make a doll to match the description or photo of a child, and I feature that’s where they got it.

The right-wingers are, of course, projecting their own genocidal malice onto their “enemies”, just as they project racism and misogyny onto their targets. Hitler used to (a) deny the very thing he was planning to do; (b) accuse his intended victims of planning to do it. A historical survey of his pronouncements and deeds shows you could make a very accurate prediction of his actions by following this procedure for deciphering the telegraphing like this; his methods are employed by Holocaust deniers and racists to this day (e.g., “You’re playing the race card!”, invariably uttered by right-wingers who get caught playing the race card). The Santorum wing is no different.

As a black woman, it insults my intelligence when people like Santorum use my race to rationalize their irrational opposition to Planned Parenthood. If they had their way, there would be more babies born that would need welfare–which is something they always condemn black women for. In their anti-abortion zeal, they are perfectly willing to do away with the 3% of PP’s bugdet that provides for abortions but is not funded by the federal government. Yet, they also want to defund the 97% of the budget, which IS federally funded and provides non-abortion services. These services not only greatly reduce the demand for abortions but also reduce the incidence of breast, cervical, and prostate cancers as well as treating STD’s. PP has been beneficial to countless women of all races and economic circumstances. What’s even more damning is that they care nothing about the quality of life for kids once they are born, unless they are wealthy. And that uncaring attitude encompasses middle-class as well as low-income kids of all races. Their intellectual dishonesty prompts them to concentrate on the 3% of services PP provides specifially for abortion, which is not funded by the government. In doing so, they ignore the other non-abortion services that many women would not be able to afford otherwise. I try to keep in mind that there are thoughtful, intelligent conservatives whom I simply disagree with politically, but people like Santorum fill me with anger and loathing.

Let’s see- it was Planned Parenthood’s founder who met with the KLAN and admitted she received a dozen invitations to speak to the racist group? Don’t you think the KLAN would only have a speaker who agreed with them? It was Planned Parenthood who board members were loaded with members of the RACIST Eugenics Society a group now known for the sterilization of thousands of black women ! Why that connection and yet you totally dismiss any racist charges? Recently on a CNN Show a former Planned Parenthood president admitted that Planned Parenthood knowingly took donations sent only for the racist motive of exterminating the black population….and today, Planned Parenthood’s TOP award is named after their KLAN speaking founder and no one says a word ! WHY? I highly recommend a documentary which researched Planned Parenthood’s documents, Margaret Sanger’s files and the racist American Eugenics Society of which she was associated with….it is called- Maafa21 get a peak here www.maafa21.com
