I won’t go so far as to suggest that local officials more honest than Detzner and Scott, I’ll just say it appears that they are far more competent and respectful of the U.S. citizens Detzner and Scott are so anxious to purge.

I think that they just don't want to end up being portrayed as a glassy eyed idiot with too much lipstick in the next HBO movie about Florida stealing the election from the other 49 states.

They don't think about the psychology being used to keep non-Republicans from voting.
