As a former Union officer for years,I was so dismayed over this arbitrary decision to prohibit Union negotiations, I sent a check to the Wisconsin Dems to fight Walker! Let’s hope that Walker’s appeal will be rejected!!!!!!I also sent them acheck recently to defeat Paul Ryan who is on the ballot for Congress. I”d welcome a double defeat so he can get a real job!

Man — it has been a baaad couple of months for the wingnuts, where the judiciary has been concerned.

First, the Supreme Court struck down most of Arizona SB 1070 {and the part they left standing, the “show your papers” provision, could be struck down in the future} . . . then, they upheld the ACA — which led some wingnuts to ask if it was time for armed rebellion . . . now this . . .

I am still livid at the people of Wisconsin for not putting this piece of trash out of office. I hope this ruling stands, but we need to get the right wing fascist garbage out of our government. They are a menace to our country and the world.
