Joe Scarborough Exposes Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck’s Fake Palin Support

It turns out that Joe Scarborough’s criticism of Sarah Palin in a column for Politico today was just the tip of the iceberg. On his MSNBC program Morning Joe, Scarborough exposed the truth about the right and Sarah Palin. Talk radio hosts and Republican leaders privately say they don’t want her, but they are afraid to take her on. Scarborough basically accused the talk show hosts, who defend Palin for 3 hours a day on the air but don’t really support her, of lying.

The Faux Hotties of FOX News

A Christian watchdog group complained in 2007 that they “see shorter skirts on the women of Fox News than…on the prostitutes being arrested on cop shows.” The thighs and breasts remain. The Family Values network? No, more of a fund-raising network now – and sex sells.

Rush Limbaugh Claims That His Obama Hate is not Racism

Rush Limbaugh took a moment on his radio show to as he put it, “clear something up once and for all.” He said, “I, Rush Limbaugh, am not a racist,” which is interesting because I don’t know many non-racists who feel the need to discuss the Obamas’ slave blood, or more importantly feel the urge to differentiate between Obama’s black half and white half, as Limbaugh did.

Rush Limbaugh Tells Hungry Children to Dumpster Dive

Yesterday Rush Limbaugh went on the attack against hungry children on his radio show. On his radio show today Rush Limbaugh blamed Facebook, My Space, and Twitter for activism on issues like the environment and breast cancer. Limbaugh claimed that social media lure people into activism, “I know everybody does want to matter, that’s how they lure them into environmental activism.” Watch out for Facebook and Twitter ditto heads, because they will brain wash you into caring.

BP Debunks Right Wing Oil Spill Conspiracy Theories

Today on ABC’s This Week BP Chairman and President Lamar McKay put to rest all of the right wing conspiracy theories that the Gulf Oil spill was an act of terrorism carried out by left wing environmentalists, or a foreign government. Instead McKay said the probable cause less sinister and more mundane, “I believe we’ve got a failed piece of equipment.”

From Clinton to Obama: Reregulating the Deregulatory Era

Coming from what many would consider a “far Left” ideological foundation, my assertion is that this antagonism between the so-called “left” and “right” has been merely a smokescreen to divide us even further while the wealthy interests who actually dictate legislation—buying and manipulating politicians from both parties—continue to plunder our resources and bring our economy to the brink of collapse while we do nothing other than yell and scream at the other side.
