Between the Patriot Act and the rise of the tea party, I suspect that the term “patriot” will forever carry the connotation of members of a political body who promote intolerance and oppression against anyone who has a culture, lifestyle, religion, ethnic heritage, or political ideology that differs from their own.

Unbelievable! And look what the Right did to our Dixie Chicks.

I wish Dems would create commercials showing what true Dem values are! I have a GOP-voting relatives who say…’The reason I vote for Pubs is because I like their American Values’. Yet, Dem values are the true salt of the earth!

The Right has made America fearful of Liberals. We need to help voters remember what true Democratic American Values are…so many have forgotten with all their brainwashing.
