Wisconsin GOP Voter Fraud Exposed
PolitiusUSA was one of the first to report voter fraud in Wisconsin with dead men signing recall petitions. On May 1st, 2011 we reported,
Bill Pocan, is the father of Democratic State Representative Mark Pocan from Wisconsin. Mark’s father passed away long ago, but that didn’t prevent him from signing a recall petition for Representative Pocan’s colleague, State Senator Bob Wirch of Kenosha. On page 362 of the Wirch recall petition, you will find the address and signature of Bill Pocan. The date this was signed was March 3rd.
In a press release by the Democratic Party Of Wisconsin,
MADISON – A formal challenge to be filed later today against Republican recall petitions asks the Government Accountability Board to disqualify thousands of invalid signatures, and reject recall elections against three Democratic state senators, because widespread and systemic election fraud has tainted the entire GOP operation.
“The overwhelming evidence clearly shows a pervasive pattern of election fraud committed by the shady out-of-state organization hired by Republicans to collect recall petitions,” said Senate Democratic Leader Mark Miller. “Thousands of Wisconsin citizens fell victim to lies and misinformation spread by the circulators, and the papers submitted by this operation contain a river of omissions and wrong information.”
Miller continued: “We believe that when the facts are reviewed, the GAB will throw out thousands of flawed signatures because they were fraudulent or defective. The vast depth of this misconduct calls into question the legitimacy of every signature collected by these circulators, and shows that the GOP effort failed to gather the valid signatures needed for recall elections.”
The GOP in their old fashioned ways OUTSOURCED THE JOB of collect signatures to a corporation named, Kennedy Enterprises. The Republican Party of Wisconsin paid this corporation nearly $100,000 to circulate recall petitions.
Not only are there fraudulent names, but actual people who did sign the petition were told it was a recall for Governor Scott Walker.
“Affidavit of voter in Senate District 30 attesting that circulator Richard Madrill claimed the petitions were to recall Republican Gov. Scott Walker.”
“Another voter has filed an affidavit attesting that circulator John Prijic claimed the petitions were for work to be done on a local park.”
Affidavit of voter in Senate District 30 attesting that circulator Annette Lord claimed the petitions were to recall Republican Senator Cowles, when in fact it was to recall a Democrat.
Republicans have a long history of claiming Democrats using ACORN and other organizations to commit “voter fraud”, but it seems as though they only say that to divert attention away from their own fraudulent behavior.
The interesting issue here is also the Republican’s fetish with outsourcing, can they not find people to volunteer? The actually hire out of state contractors to do the work for them.
Wisconsin Republicans are beginning to look fairly shady in this election cycle and subsequent recall effort. Be careful in 2012 everyone, the Republican voter fraud in Wisconsin will spread to your state if you’re not vigilant.

It’s happened here. We’ve had fraudulent petitions for amendments circulated that cancel out real ones, and the Florida Supreme Court has kept several amendments off the ballot because they were so worded that the real effect was often opposite of what the ordinary voter would suppose. Meanwhile, besides all the usual, watch out in 2012 for faithless electors.

I’m not going to hold my breath waiting for Obama to direct Eric Holder to investigate. He’d rather allow the GOP to destroy this nation than to risk ending that mythical bipartisanship he thinks is in force.

No, I think Realist is right there with reality, Shiva. You’re the one with denial problems.

So well said Shiva! These so called progressives never miss a chance of bashing the President and the Attorney General. Sometimes I wonder why, besides the President himself, the AG and Secretary of the Treasury are the only members of the President’s cabinet who are constantly demonized? I think that if President Obama, AG Holder, and SoT Geitner, were removed, the PL would be happy, even if policies didn’t change
With respect to “Realist,” whose name is a misfit judging from his ideas, bipartisanship is not “mythical.” It is indeed what makes the American political system work. The U.S. Constitution, which is revered by both the right and the left, was a result of bipartisan compromises. Without those compromises the U.S. would not have been formed.
With all due respect, any one who derisively talks of “mythical bipartisanship” reveals his complete ignorance of American political history. Any one who supports such a claim, as AIW does, is truly the one who is not only in denial, but also buys into ignorance about the way the American political system functions.

Put down the discarded Civics book and get with the program. We have not had the sort of “bipartisanship” you present for many years now. If you weren’t buried in the Happy Talk that passes for news nowadays, you might see this. But allow me to give you one example: the Republicans voting NO on everything that Obama and the Democrats proposed until they got things the way they wanted them. Where is the bipartisanship and respect for the Constitution and the nation? In your mind only.

if you watch all the bills that go through congress you would see a great deal of bi partisanship. However if its going to be an election issue or a spending issue that shows the difference between the 2, you wont see it
Congress.org you can get emails on all bills passed or how your reps voted, or just new bills

This is one reason I fear for 2012. The republicans could lose by a hundred electoral votes and still win the election “somehow”
Why else are they passing or trying to pass all this absolute garbage?

If you are in a State which uses the Diebold or ES&S electronic (paperless) voting machines, you can bet that state will probably go for the Republican candidate whomever it is. Walden O’Dell, CEO of Diebold, has promised to deliver votes for Republican candidates before (2004 – OHIO), and he’ll likely do it again.

Pres Obama is going to win by way too many votes for them to steal it. I’m forecasting 65% of the popular vote at this time.

It really is past time that the Executive start enforcing the Constitution. If the Constitution isn’t enforced by the Executive, we’re gonna have people in the streets. That’s why we have an Executive, after all; if they can’t get the job done, we will.

What a bunch bs crap generalities! Do you even have an idea about the Constitutional provisions that set up a divided government, and a system of checks and balances? This country is in for big trouble if the likes of you think that they can enforce a Constitution that they have absolutely no understanding of what it says! I hate to rain on your parade, but graduating from Beck University does not qualify youas an authority on the Constitution.

More scams from the Republicans. What’s most ironic about this is that it’s exactly the kind of thing the Republicans love to accuse the Democrats of doing.

I don’t think there was a bigger scam than the 2004 Presidential election and then with the 2008 election, the GOP expected retaliation from the Democratic party. They searched for it but didn’t find it and yet managed to fictionalize a story about voter fraud to such a degree that when reading their claims, I couldn’t help but believe I was reading a true story. It was true but it happened in the Republican party.
Now we have idiots like Palin trying to spin a few years later that President Obama stole the election through foreign donations simply because a routine audit is going on. She again reveals her ignorance of the political process because she deemed such audits to be out of place signifying something sordid or unethical. However, since it’s Palin, I’m not surprised her thoughts go in that direction because that’s how she operates.
In Wisconsin, we have someone who for the second time in as many elections is found with questionable votes that weren’t located until almost two days AFTER the election. Of course, making it more complicated and yet quite convenient for the GOP, this person was unanswerable to anyone in order to preserve the sanctity of the election! LOL! Two times in a row she screws up and nobody is questioning this sudden advantage to the electoral process, especially when the winner is a man she used to work with!
Until we have a system in place that allows for votes to be double-checked, eliminating a huge difference between exit polling and actual results as in the Diebold debacle in 2004 in Ohio, we can’t have a satisfactory election where we know the will of the people is being done.

While we know that all politicians can be subject to lies, bribes, many things,I think we have only to look at th facts and bigger picture. We already know that at least one major national election was stolen by Republicans, and most of the time, you are going to find that,if there is real monkey business going on,the Repubs are usually behind it.They DO outsourse EVERYTHING,just as they want to take millions MORE jobs from the regular, working Americans, and Turn over Every Piece of Govt.to outside” contractors”,whose ONLY reason to even BE in it,is to make more money.Try reading Paul Krugmans column today,in The New York Times. The Repub/Teapub generally is pretending to be these big “Deficit Hawks”but they KNOW that The”Deficit”is NOT our biggest problem-unemployment is-Repubs are” Fear-Mongering”to (they hope)a confused part of the public.WHY? Because,Repubs arent doing ANYTHING to help unemployment, because they Know thats the ONLY way they might win anything in 2012,is to get people to blame the President for unemploymen! Repubs do not WANT you to” get it”,that if they put all these folks back to work and get working people paying taxes in full force again;well GEE-the deficit would then start to straighten out on its own,as it did in the 30s and40s. Pres. Obama is the ONLY one adding any jobs, but he needs Repub cooperation to make enough jobs to keep ahead, and they want the Pres.to look bad,so they fool with all these FALSE(and intrusive)issues,to try and run out the clock to the elections! And REMEMBER,NO MATTER HOW BAD THINGS ARE FOR YOU OR ME,REPUBS*STILL*WILL NOT RAISE TAXES ON THEIR WEALTHY BENEFACTORS!OR STOP THE BUSH TAX CUTS,THAT HAVE RUINED OUR DEFICIT IN THE FIRST PLACE!Remember that when you vote, and DONT vote for ANY Repub in 2012–Not if you want jobs back and the country back for middle class, because, without wealth, you and me are NOBODY to the RETHUGS.!

Republicans are experts at projection. Whatever they accuse others of doing, it’s a pretty safe bet that they are doing it themselves. But by loudly and persistently accusing others, they deflect from their own malfeasance. What should be a source of great shame to Democrats is that enough of them joined Republicans to destroy ACORN on the basis of blatant falsehoods about that organization. The reason for destroying ACORN was to demolish a reliable source of votes for Democrats. The same goes for the union-busting attempts in certain states, under the guise of balancing the budgets. It’s bad enough that the woman who “discovered” the votes in her county that went to Prosser has a previous record of either incompetence or fraudulence. Either way, she should be fired from her job. I suspect that she’s allowed to stay on because she predictably bungles in favor of Republicans. But this business of getting “signatures” of dead folks or having people sign for one thing under the guise of signing for another is over the top. Everyday, something happens to give the Republican Party a horrible name, and these events tell me they are capable of just about anything to regain or keep power.

So now the official word is out. What will be done about it? I suspect nothing will be done as the repugs seem to have the courts, especially the Supreme Court in their pocket. Media ownership by republican supporters is another major reason repugs get away with all their lying and cheating. Consolidation of media ownership was accomplished during the rein of the Bush cartel by father and son traitor team Powell. I don’t understand why repugs hate Obama so much since he is carrying out the Bush cartel policies, including the tax cut for the stinking rich. It is a ploy the repugs are playing because Obama is Bushs’ miggar. Eric Holder is doing a fantastic job of protecting Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and all the torture mongers from being prosecuted. He is doing a great job preventing a real investigation into 9/11 as well. I guess the repugs figure if they cry loud enough and long enough about Obama his re-election is a cinch which is exactly what they want!

The Problem with Liberal allegations like this, is that often they are nothing but the left projecting their own wrong-doings onto the Right.
1)Dems have been caught missrepresenting themselves on the Wisconsin Recalls
2)Acorn has been caught perpetrating voter fraund and convicted a number of times. It has gotten so bad that the Dems who controlled Congress couldn’t even run cover for Acorn anymore.
3)This Administration has ignored evidence of voter intimidation perpetrated by Minorities.
4)the list goes on.

There were a couple actions by ACORN employees that got into trouble. It was not widespread at all.
The intimidation you speak of was never intimidation. Everyone knows it. Not one witness showed up to say they were intimidated. Never proven and only spread around by megyn kelly cause she is an idiot
The problem is, if dont like the allegations of the right, then whip out your allegations of the lefts wrongdoing.
Your list is meaningless.
