Rush Limbaugh Seems A Bit Too Fascinated with Barack Obama’s Balls

Sarah Palin unleashed a tidal rave of right wing stupidity when she discussed President Obama’s cojones on Fox News Sunday yesterday, which was more than enough for Rush Limbaugh today to fire up his obsession with Obama’s testicles. Limbaugh claimed that the people of the United States, “are laughing at his toughness, laughing at his manhood.”

Here is the audio courtesy of Media Matters:

After recapping Palin’s cajones remark Limbaugh said, “You know this is big. I think this is a little bit more noteworthy than a lot of people are saying especially inside the White House. I don’t know Obama may not know just how insulted he has been here, because he doesn’t know how to speak Spanish. There’s got to be somebody in there to speak Spanish for him to know what she has just said, but here you have somebody ranking in the Republican Party saying, a female, saying that the President of the United States does not have cojones. Now it sounds like, if she’s correct, who does our president blame? If she is right that Obama has no cajones who was it that suggest at one point removing them? That would be the Rev. Jackson.”

Limbaugh then went into full testicle obsession overdrive by rehashing Jesse Jackson’s 2008 comment about wanting to cut Obama’s nuts off,James Carville’s comment about Hillary Clinton having more gonads than Obama during the 2008 primary, and Evan Bayh’s story about Hillary Clinton’s testicular fortitude. Limbaugh said, “Folks can you remember at a time ever in your life where whether or not the president has any cojones has been discussed, and people on both sides of the aisle have suggested no, and that women the Governor of Arizona and Hillary Clinton have more gonads than Barack Hussein Obama?”

He claimed that the people of the United States are laughing at Obama, “I mean people are laughing at the President of the United States over whether or not he is a man. They are laughing at his toughness. They are laughing at his manhood if we are.” Besides his seemingly endless fascination with comments about Barack Obama’s testicles, Limbaugh was trying to play on the “real man toughness” of the right. All Republicans have to pretend like they are real men. Blue blood George W. Bush pretended to be cowboy who went to Crawford and cut brush. Ronald Reagan also loved the cowboy theme and was photographed at his ranch and on horses. Bob Dole and John McCain were real men because they were in the military. After his presidency, George H.W. tried to reclaim his manhood by jumping out of airplanes.

The manly theme is a criticism of Republicans who all love to claim that Democrats are weak and not real men. The real joke here is Limbaugh’s elevation of Palin’s stature as the voice of the GOP. Notice the sexism that Rush played on here. Even women, like Palin and Hillary Clinton, don’t believe that Obama is real man, but this is all a myth designed to humiliate and diminish Obama. America isn’t laughing at Obama’s manhood. They are laughing at Rush Limbaugh’s obsession with Obama’s balls, and Sarah Palin’s clownish attempts to get Obama’s attention.

  1. Does anyone remember Limpballs taking the little contest of manhood that Mancow wanted a few to take? Being water boarded? No balls.

    Moving to Costa Rica? No? No balls?

    We have a man who sets behind a microphone, is very wealthy and knows he cant be touched going on about others sense of manhood. A person like that in real life, with someones ready to punch him, would fall flat and cry. Rush would fall apart in no time as president.

    While Sarah Scarab may question Obama’s balls, she never questioned Bush’s for the very same subject and for doing exactly as Obama has done for the borders. Nothing. Sarah has no business questioning any ones balls after quitting her job. She will regret that when she doesnt get the nomination in 2012

    I tell you which republicans have balls though, the ones who want to keep the Bush tax cuts, and have done nothing for America for 2 years now.

  2. Palin has deliberately opened one of the ugliest racist (and sexist) can of worms with this line of ridicule. African-American men have been subjected since the early days of the country to two racist stereotypes which are diametrically opposed: hypersexual potency vs denial of true manhood (impotency and weakness).

    The fact that a white woman (Palin) metaphorically castrated a black man and handed those balls over to another white woman (Brewer) is probably playing well with her and Limbaugh’s racist demographic (as evidenced by Limbaugh’s comments himself). It’s a clear pandering to the second racist stereotype mentioned above.

    An African-American man with power (potency) frightens the sh*t out of these morons. They will gleefully embrace any negative comment against PO, no matter how degrading or inflammatory, if it is aimed at stripping him of power and rendering him impotent.

    Palin’s pandering to the basest instincts in people is beyond disgusting. For a woman who whines constantly about her victimization by a “sexist and liberal media,” she has no qualms at slinging sh*t herself. Definition of a hypocrite.

  3. Crude and so typical from right wing swine Palin and Limpy. How disgusting these two republicans are. Republicans who listen to these two nitwits are really messed up in the head.

  4. During the Vice Presidential debate, VP Joe Biden handled Palin with kid gloves – a courtesy that wouldn’t have been necessary had she been a man or even a woman with the experience, expertise and intelligence of Hillary. I think a lot of MSM treat Palin the same way simply because she’s a woman. Palin’s first claim to “fame” is that she’s a mother. Mother = deserving respect, deference. She’s exploited that situation for long enough. When she goes on a Sunday talk show and uses a crude, vulgar term about President Obama’s testicles, like she did Sunday she removed all need to treat her with deference. If she ever agrees to appear in a debate – which I doubt will ever happen – I hope she won’t get treated differently than any other candidate. It’s time the MSM treats her like her behavior indicates that she deserves. If I was sitting in a bar, then I wouldn’t be surprised to hear the word “cojones” used by anybody including a woman. On a Sunday talk show, it’s jaw-dropping to hear the expression used when referring to President Obama, especially from a family values, Christian woman. Aside from Rush and others like him, I wonder how her remark is playing with the women – and some men – of her base who really and truly don’t approve of coarse and crude remarks from a woman.

  5. People like Palin and Limbaugh are neanderthals whose idea of masculinity is about blustering, unthinking machismo. That’s why they appreciated Bush so much. I also think that this vulgar remark about Obama’s manhood was so over the top that Palin has forfeited any reason to keep being treated with kid gloves. She is not only ill-informed and ignorant, but also ill-mannered and immature. This so-called Christian with her so-called family values is a middle-school mean girl trapped in a middle-aged body. As for Limbaugh, he is a sorry excuse for a man who has insulted the children of politicians that he hates–like Chelsea Clinton when she was a teenager and also the Obama girls. Anyone who thinks these two troglodytes have anything constructive to offer has serious problems dealing with reality.

  6. The republicans can’t have it both ways: weak men or tyrants that are trying to forcefully alter the country like ‘gangsters’ and ‘shove reform down throats’? Which one is it?

  7. How can a guy (not proven, actually) with a gay name like “Rush”, and a weight problem, and a weak heart, and a receding hairline, and fake teeth, and a nancy drug habit, have credibility when discussing manhood?!?!

  8. let’s not get too carried away with Limbaugh and calling him stupid for a blowhard and unthinking.

    Limbaugh calculates every word he says for effect. The effect is calculated for his listeners and not for anyone else. The same way with Glenn Beck. He is not trying to recruit new people any more than Rush Limbaugh is. They do one thing and one thing only, they give the flock food to eat whether it’s lies, innuendo or in the case of Rush Limbaugh almost always a half-truth.

    Sarah Palen may be different. She might be absolutely incredibly stupid in terms of political savvy.I think she now has people helping her with what to say and this latest one doesn’t sound like it comes from her. For one thing it’s in English, second it has a foreign word in it. but fortunately for the United States Sarah can’t stop lying. She doesn’t have it down as well as Rush does. It wouldn’t matter if Obama went down there and took up a post with machine gun himself, he wouldn’t be doing enough. I am sure that she is going to be asked further down the road why this was not an issue during the Bush administration.

    Between Newt Gingrich demanding we attacked more countries, Sarah, Beck and Limpballz there is an organized GOP plan of attack as far as I’m concerned. These people are hitting on every level that they can and constantly. This is just not a few bobble heads nodding their heads in the back of your convertible.

  9. Sarah Palin insulted the President of the United States with vulgarity;

    A good Christian would not have said these things, or would at least apologize;

    We know you are a good Christian Sarah because you stold us so;

    We’re waiting for your apology Sarah…
