A Terrified Reince Priebus Admits The GOP is Trying to Scare Hillary Clinton Into Not Running

By repeating the claim over and over again that she won’t run, RNC chairman Reince Priebus admitted that the Republican goal is to smear Hillary Clinton into not running for president.

Priebus claimed that Clinton’s age and health are fair game. The RNC chairman said, “What was her record as Secretary of State? Benghazi, Boko Haram, you know, Syria, Russia, those are going to be the issues that I believe will cause her to rethink whether or not she wants to run for president.”

Later he said, “What I think is going to make her rethink whether she should actually run for president. By the way, I don’t think she will if she has another month like she just had, but the issues that I talked about are the issues that are going to make her unacceptable to the American people.”

Priebus denied the that issue is to convince her not to run, then he claimed that Clinton is trying to sweep Benghazi under the rug, and he repeated, “My view though is David, is that given the month she just had, actually I doubt very much that she will run for president in 2016.”

Republicans are so desperate and delusional that they actually think that they can scare Hillary Clinton out of running. If the past month revealed anything, it showed why Hillary Clinton should run for president. The Republican Party has nothing. The Clintons now know that facing the Republican nominee in 2016 will be light years easier than running against Barack Obama was in 2008.

It is interesting that Reince Priebus thinks that they are going successfully to attack Clinton on foreign policy when there isn’t a single Republican contender that has any experience in foreign policy. Domestic policy wins elections. Hillary Clinton would be overjoyed if Republicans spent 2016 talking about Benghazi while she campaigns around the country reminding people of economic boom of the 1990s. I am sure that the future Clinton campaign would love nothing more than to talk about jobs while the Republican nominee prattles on about Benghazi and Boko Haram.

The Republican Party knows that they won’t be able to stop Hillary Clinton once she runs, so the mission is to persuade her not to run. Priebus mentioned how he thought Hillary wouldn’t run three times in four minutes. That wasn’t accident. He can say that he wasn’t trying to convince Clinton not run, but the repeated mention of his point that she won’t run revealed his true agenda.

Republicans know they can’t beat her, and their campaign to smear into not running, is doing the exact opposite.

Clinton’s polling numbers remain high, so if anything, Rove and the GOP’s pathetic attacks, have sealed the deal and convinced her to run.

  1. Why is Prince Rebus the Republican Chairman? Could all the Republicans together not find a potted plant? Does Prince Rebus not need watering? Are Party Headquarters moved to an Obama Bunker that lacks a south facing window?

I have a little cactus I keep in the bathroom in the half basement. It only gets light an hour or two a day, bad light at that. There’s no ventilation in there, there’s some stubborn mold and an unfortunate odor, and yet that little cactus is perfectly upright.

I would be happy to donate my little cactus to the Republican Party as their Chairman. It would save them all manner of humiliation, and it would make my TV and internet so much less stupid. Not smart, I realize, but less stupid.

Do you have their number? I used to know a couple of Republicans, but they deny it now and get pretty aggressive if I bring it up around other people. So I don’t know how to get hold of the Party.

I’m assuming it’s real – Prince Rebus, too – and not just media’s mean little…

  2. This is excellent. They may cast doubt on whether Hillary is running or not, but when she does there will be a great deal of joy over it. You might call it, Victory.

She has testified about Benghazi, there was nothing they could pin on her. Boko Haram is nothing. The gop has nothing nut fear.

  3. They’ll figure it out when Rove is once again on Fox waiting for Ohio’s faulty machines to decide another election, and the good Ohioans are so fed up with him, Boehner, Mittens, and Kasich that she wins in a landslide! Karl will have a heart attack while Megan totters back to Election Central on her six inch spikes. The GOP will at last be finished.

  4. I bet Reince goes through 5 – 6 pairs of shorts every day, just peeing himself about Hillary. The fact he still has a job tells you everything you need to know about the state of the repug party.

  5. How can these ba*tar*s run their own set of rules” Where are the Dems opposing these creeps aka Republican party?

    They are nothing but a party of h y p o c r i t e s !

In their feeble minds it was alright for their beloved Ronald dReagan to run for the presidency at 70 yrs old !, but now it’s not okay for Hillary to run for the presidency! Let’s get that out in the news world for heaven’s sake.

Just because old Karl “turd Blossom” Rove comes out with a political smear on Hillary the media just goes with it, make this a big story.

Don’t forget his past history on meanness…re: Sen. John McCain when running against HIS beloved W. Bush….Rove came out with a despicacle story on Mr. McCain saying that his adopted daughter was a black daughter. He smears and smears and smears and gets away with it w/o anyone stopping him in his tracks. Where are the Dems? Where are they hiding? Isn’t anyone sick and tired of the Dem Party being so silent?

  6. I can’t believe these little wince /Reince is the GOP Chair?

By just looking at his face he has a lot of hate in that pea brain of his.

    Stupid, stupid, stupid.

  7. We already know that we will have to sit through another of the republicans circus of the campaigning and watch them fall down one by one. Then we will watch the polls keep one candidate on top for about a week or two like before and then they drop off. Hillary will run doubt anymore dem will get in the race and just let her go for it. Who she pick for her vp would be interesting though, hope it would be a miniorty or lgbt, that would really blow the republicans minds. The republicans have to remember that they have passed bills against every group of people that they need votes from and people don’t forget who turned their backs on them. On those who are still living in the good ole days are fool by the republicans and believe whatever they say and will vote against their own interest.

  8. I would like to see Hillary on one of the Sunday talk shows, just to see her suddenly yell Boogie boogie boogie! at the republicans at the table and then get up and walk off the set laughing her head off as they jump and squawk and cower and duck and pee themselves.

  9. I watch the “Karl Rove” Breakdown every now and then. I can NOT wait for the sequel. You idiots are just helping Hilary. Proceed you pasty teabags!

  10. Republican politicians and their lackeys working for News Corp have synchronized their Sunday rhetoric.

Check their pockets — you’ll probably find a sheet of scripted anti-Hillary talking points with the RNC’s logo at the top.

  11. How sweet of the GOP to be so concerned
about Hillary’s health. So good of them to
bring it up this early so we can put it to bed
    once and for all.
Her age? Shouldn’t be a problem either.
They had NO problem with John McCain: 8/29/36
so Hillary: 10/26/47 should clear that bar easily.
The fact she is a Woman? Not an issue, right?
    Sa-rah! Sa-rah! Sa-rah!
The only problem they seem to have is her
    “thin resume”…..
I am quite confident Mrs. Clinton will happily
put her resume up against anyone the GOP thinks
is as qualified. (good luck with THAT one)
Hillary must be hearing Bob Marley in the

    “Don’t worry about a thing,
‘Cause every little thing gonna be all right.
Singin’: “Don’t worry about a thing,
‘Cause every little thing gonna be all right!”

  12. We’re talking about 2016. What happens in the 2014 midterm should be our main concern. We know she will win in 2016, but what is happening to this country now is catastrophic and it must stop.

  13. As I said before ,Hillary is the GOP’s worst nightmare…
If she chooses Warren as VP, they can hold the white house for the next 16 years..

  14. that is probably first honest thing that sniveling little jackass has said since he took that job.

  15. Rice Pebbles and other republicans alike only go after Hillary out of fear. If you’re unfazed by someone, you generally will not even bother to acknowledge them!
Hillary Clinton for 2016! But fellow democrats and voters do not close your eyes and ears for November 2014. The republicans are counting on voters not showing up in droves to vote them the hell out!

  16. By the continuous look on Priebus’ face in the interview one must wonder if his nutsack hurt the whole time of the interview. Moreover, the GOP is in full swing with its less than honorable ideals about Hillary. She has more grit than all of them combined.

  17. I am sure he has Hillary Clinton just terrified. She must be shaking in her patent leather ballet flats and pant suits. I am sure that by now her blood pressure is all the way up to 100/65.

  18. “My view though is David, is that given the month she just had, actually I doubt very much that she will run for president in 2016.” <=========== THIS is the guy they've got running their party.

LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Omg I cannot stop laughing. He's every bit as clueless as he was the day after election day in November 2012. He hasn't learned a THING.

  19. The GOP are.handing Hilary the White House should she decide to run. She will now receive the vote of white, suburban, marked Republican woman who are fed.up with their party’s woman’s bashing.

ridiculing Hillary’s age is no way to win over women voters. period.

  20. As unbelievable as it may seem, Rancid Penis makes Michael Steele look like a goddamned genius. Rancid doesn’t have what it takes to run a Kool-Aid stand.

  21. Much ado about nothing. Hillary is not a weak candidate. Whether she runs or not will be her decision not theirs. She is stronger and more attune politically than they are. Rince Pubus is so droll. They keep getting worse in those they choose to represent their party. Nothing wrong with Hillary’s brain,it’s theirs that needs to rattled.

  22. And one other name they forgot to bring up….OSAMA BIN LADEN Boom! Let us show them what women can do. Let us kick these men’s a$$e$…shall we ladies?? VOTE!!

  23. Here is, in my opinion, what Reince Priebus and the Republican Conservatives fail to see: That IF Hillary run, ALL of the voters who voted for OBAMA twice, PLUS all of the voters who backed Hillary in her run off with Obama (and might not have voted for him) WILL come out en masse to vote for HILLARY! So figure EVERY Black Voter (100%), Minority voter (0%), White Women (90%), Young voters (80%), New voters (??%) So can they beat this combination with their one dimensional electorate? NO! and NO! Dream on Reince Priebus. Ha!
