Mike Huckabee Fearmongers About Transgendered People, But Defends Child Molester Josh Duggar

Mike Huckabee

“There is something inherently wrong about forcing little children to be a part of this social experiment.”

So said former Governor of Arkansas and 2016 Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee just a few months ago. He is very worried about the little children, y’all.

… Unless they are sexually assaulted by a Christian like Josh Duggar, in which case Huckabee is all for it because God forgives abusers of the innocent, according to his direct pipeline to the Big Kahuna.

In case you needed further proof that Republicans want loud and proud defender of serial child-molesting /incest/child sexual abuse Mike Huckabee to BE GONE IMMEDIATELY from their Republican presidential primary after Fox News went after the “conservative Christian” with a vengeance, now World Net Daily released this older video of the Huckster.

This video from the 2015 National Religious Broadcasters Convention in Nashville, Tennessee earlier this year was uploaded to YouTube over the weekend by World Net Daily, according to BuzzFeed, who first broke this story today.

Watch here:

A few tidbits of conservative wisdom from Huckabee, which were much appreciated by his religious audience:

“For those who do not think that we are under threat, simply recognize that the fact that we are now in city after city watching ordinances say that your seven-year-old daughter, if she goes into the restroom cannot be offended — and you can’t be offended — if she’s greeted there by a 42-year-old man who feels more like a woman than he does a man.”

Very concerned about the little kids having to use a bathroom with a transgendered person for some odd reason, but not concerned about actual child sexual assault. Making no sense, he continued:

“And yet today we are the ones who are ridiculed and scorned because we point out the obvious.”

No, that’s not why people are ridiculing you, sir. But the self-pity is noted.

“That there is something inherently wrong about forcing little children to be a part of this social experiment.”

There is something inherently wrong with forcing victims of a sexual predator to continue living in the same house with him, even after he assaulted multiple victims in their sleep. Now that’s something that most of us can agree is inherently WRONG.

Huckabee is also sure that if you’re like him, you will abuse this situation and pretend to be a transgendered person so you can spy on the girls in the showers in PE. We call this projection, and it does explain a lot:

“Now, I wish that someone told me that when I was in high school that I could have felt like a woman when it came time to take showers in PE. I’m pretty sure that I would have found my feminine side and said, ‘Coach, I think I’d rather shower with the girls today.'”

I’m sure he would have, right after he defended a few child sexual assaulters while fear-mongering about the transgendered community from his position of “moral superiority”.

Gosh, there isn’t anyone who has more authority on what is best for our children than Mike Huckabee and the entire posse of Republicans who, if they haven’t outright defended Josh Duggar and his parents’ covering up his crimes, have been cowardly silent on the issue. The lone Republican to take a stance resembling the basic human response to serial abuse of children is former Senator Rick Santorum.

When Rick Santorum is beating you on the not being a hypocrite thing, you’re in a bad way.
