The Clinton campaign is firing back at Donald Trump the best way possible, by starting a Twitter handle called “LiterallyTrump”, which will post things that Donald Trump has actually said.
They needed the “literally” because given the hyperbolic, crazy nature of the things that fall out of Trump’s mouth, it would be way too easy to believe the quotes were made up.
The announcement:

In the fight to stop Donald Trump we've got a devastating tool: literally Donald Trump. Follow for a daily dose of stuff he's actually said.

The beginning -and when you can honestly open with “My opponent kept Hilter speeches next to his bed” and an employee often greeted Trump by saying “Heil Hitler”, things are bad for this country:

A taste of Trump’s blustery, offensive, rude Tartuffe-like persona:

The Vanity Fair quote from a September 1990 article is most apt, given the comparisons of Trump’s rhetoric to Hitler’s rise.
Trump, whose admiration for dictators caused the Clinton camp to put out a video just rolling tape on his praise for them, also borrows rhetoric from disgraced former President Richard Nixon.
Another “Literally Trump” quote from the Vanity Fair article will no doubt soon make an appearance on the Twitter page:
“When a man leaves a woman, especially when it was perceived that he has left for a piece of ass—a good one!—there are 50 percent of the population who will love the woman who was left,†he told me.
As I wrote in the piece on Clinton’s “Dictators” ad, “The Clinton campaign’s biggest job as they face off with Donald Trump right now is restraint, letting the press do their job until the press stumbles or misses a major point. All they need to do is simply use Donald Trump’s own words against him.”
All they really need to do is roll tape or, on Twitter, “LiterallyTrump” it.
Donald Trump is his own worst enemy. He can’t afford for the American people to get to know the real man behind the reality TV show “star”. But the Clinton campaign is going to do everything in their power to make sure people get to know the real Donald.
