Wisconsin man Joseph Jakubowski apparently wrote a 161-page manifesto on April 4 and sent it to Donald Trump and later that evening, stole more than a dozen firearms, including assault rifles, from Armageddon Gun Shop in Janesville, Wisconsin.
The “highly agitated” 32-year-old Jakubowski is still at large, and is said by police to be “armed and dangerous.” He is also well-armored, having a bullet-proof vest and helmet.
Rock County Sheriff Robert Spoden said at a press conference that,
“Basically he’s angry at all government officials. Whether it’s the president or whether it’s local officials or whether it’s law enforcement, he has a dislike for anyone that has authority or governmental power.”

Authorities have released this 15-minute video of Jakubowski mailing his manifesto (the first few minutes are dark though you can hear talking). In the video, as Jakubowski walks to the mailbox, he says “Revolution” and “It’s time for change.”
According to NBC News, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, just north of Madison, is on the lookout and was especially concerned about the safety of Palm Sunday church services this past weekend:
Authorities said they were increasing security presence at local churches because of “anti-religion sentiment” contained within a 160-page manifesto they believe was written by Jakubowski and sent to Trump at the White House.
Police said at a press conference on Friday that Jakubowski had been “highly agitated” by national politics recently and an associate of his claimed the wanted man had spoken of a plan to steal guns and carry out an unspecified attack.
Schools are also on the lookout as many of them return to class following spring break.
Jakubowski’s manifesto “includes grievances against government and personal angst towards anyone or anything other than natural law or rule,” according to the Rock County Sheriff’s Department.
The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the capture of Jakubowski, who is said to be 5-foot-10 and 200 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
