Trump Moves Closer To Impeachment As Obama Personally Warned Trump Not To Hire Mike Flynn

While meeting with Donald Trump after the election, President Obama warned the then president-elect not to hire Mike Flynn, which means that Trump is ultimately responsible for Flynn’s potential crimes while serving as national security adviser.

NBC News reported, “Former President Obama warned President Donald Trump against hiring Mike Flynn as his national security adviser, three former Obama administration officials tell NBC News.The warning, which has not been previously reported, came less than 48 hours after the November election when the two sat down for a 90-minute conversation in the Oval Office….According to all three former officials, Obama warned Trump against hiring Flynn. The Obama administration fired Flynn in 2014 from his position as head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, largely because of mismanagement and temperament issues.”

The Trump administration has gone through various excuses while trying to distance themselves from Flynn. Trump has claimed he had no knowledge of Flynn’s activities. The administration tried to blame President Obama for the background check that they didn’t do on Flynn, and the White House has claimed that they had no warning on Flynn.

It turns out that none of these excuses are true.

Obama himself tried to warn Trump about Flynn, but as usual, Trump thinks that he has superior judgment, so he ignored the former president’s warnings.

The NBC story blows Trump’s cover story on Flynn to bits. If Trump was personally warned about Flynn but hired him anyway, Donald Trump is responsible. It makes sense why the White House is trying to discredit Sally Yates before she testifies. Sally Yates can smash the White House’s story to bits.

For the first time, there is now a direction connection of Donald Trump to the Russia scandal. When the president becomes directly connected to collusion with a foreign enemy to interfere in a presidential election, impeachment takes another step towards becoming a realistic conversation.

The dots are connecting, and it is looking like President Trump knew a lot more than he ever let on.
