A completely deranged Donald Trump held his first full cabinet meeting on Monday where he claimed to have passed more legislation than any other president because this president believes that executive orders are legislation.

Trump said, “I will say that, never has there been a president, with few exceptions, in the case of FDR, he had a major depression to handle, who’s passed more legislation, who’s done more things than what we’ve done between the executive orders and the job-killing regulations that have been terminated, many bills I guess over 34 bills in Congress signed., Supreme Court justice who’s going to be a great one, and many other things we’ve achieved tremendous success with, and I think we’ve been about as active as you can be at just about a record-setting pace.”

Trump doesn’t seem to understand that his executive orders aren’t legislation. The President has signed bills, but none of them was anything that he got through Congress. This president sill has zero legislative accomplishments. Thirteen of the bills Trump signed disapproved regulations from the Obama era.
Executive orders aren’t legislation. Trump’s executive orders can and will be undone by a future Democratic president.
The fact that the President thinks executive orders are legislation is proof that he is unfit to occupy the Oval Office.
