Instead of even pretending that he is trying to run the country, Trump tantrums on social media and is demanding a personal apology for what he calls “fake news,” as the President’s mental meltdown accelerates.

A man who got elected president in part due to fake news stories planted as part of a Russian fake news effort wants a personal apology from the media because they are reporting the truth about his failing administration. It is important to note that the President’s standard for fake news isn’t based on facts and accuracy. Trump calls any story that is not flattering or bad for him fake news.
The media doesn’t serve the president. The free press does not exist to boost Trump’s spirits and write positive stories about him. Donald Trump and his White House are the biggest sources of “fake news” in the United States. No statement that this president or White House makes can be taken at face value. The Trump administration lies in public to the American people daily.
What we are witnessing is a president who is suffering an emotional collapse because he has lived in a self-created fantasy wrapped around his own PR for most of his adult life. Donald Trump is rejecting reality, and the result is a presidential meltdown 140 characters at a time.
