There are officially enough Republican Senators to deny the Trump/McConnell Obamacare repeal bill a vote, as Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska has said that she will vote against moving the legislation to a final vote.
Garrett Haake of MSNBC reported:
🚨Sen. @lisamurkowski is a NO on motion to proceed on straight repeal, then replace. Says that kind of uncertainty just won't work. Quotes tk

There are three Republican no votes on moving the bill forward. Murkowski, Susan Collins (R-ME), and Shelly Moore Capito (R-WV). The Republican plan to pass a stand alone Obamacare repeal looks like it is dead before lunch.
Trump and the Republicans need to give it up. They are never going to be able to pass a health care bill without Democratic votes. A coalition of the moderate Republicans and the Democrats would be enough to get the legislation over the hump.
Repeal looks like it is dead, and bipartisan fix of the ACA is clearly on the horizon.
