According to the latest Gallup Daily Tracking Poll, Donald Trump’s approval rating has fallen to among the worst in the history polling after his bungled response to the racist domestic terror attack in Charlottesville.

Trump’s approval is now at 34% with his disapproval at 61%. To put Trump’s numbers into context, he is polling at the same level as George W. Bush after the Iraq war went south and Hurricane Katrina.
Donald Trump hasn’t had a war or a hurricane. Trump has managed to become one of the least popular presidents on the strength of his own lack of character and behavior. A 34% approval rating is an indication that Trump’s support has softened with Republicans and that his base is shrinking by the day.
The bad news for the President and his party is that 34% doesn’t look like it is the rock bottom for Trump. This president is easily capable of falling into the low 20s. Never in the history of polling has a president began his term so unpopular and managed to get less popular.
The White House bungled the response to Charlottesville, and when combined with Trump’s threats of war with North Korea has formed a powerful drag that is carrying the president’s approval ratings to even lower lows.
America is sending a clear message that they have had enough of Donald Trump.
