Trump Blames Obama, Not His Support Of Nazis, For Worsening US Race Relations

In a moment of true delusion, Trump blamed former President Obama, not his years of racist rhetoric and support of Nazis, for America’s worsening race relations.

Video:

Trump said, “They asked me what about race relations in the United States? I have to say; they were pretty bad under Barack Obama.”

It was just last week when Trump claimed that America’s racial problems predated Obama. Once again, Trump was off script and showing America who he really is.

In Trump’s mind, he didn’t spend years spreading birtherism against Obama and questioning everything from the former president’s birth certificate to his college transcripts, fanning the flames of racial divide. It isn’t Trump who called Mexicans murders and rapists, who has contributed to worsening race relations. Trump, who voiced support and sympathy for neo-Nazis and white supremacists, is not to blame.

In Donald Trump’s mind, the man responsible for worsening race relations in the United States is Barack Obama, an African-American man who had the nerve to run for president and win twice.

The dog whistles are being blown loud and hard in Phoenix, and Trump denied his racism while practicing an even more sinister version of racial hate.
