Trump told Roy Moore to win the Alabama Senate special general election in November, but the election isn’t until December.
Here is Trump hopping on the Moore bandwagon and promptly falling off:
Congratulations to Roy Moore on his Republican Primary win in Alabama. Luther Strange started way back & ran a good race. Roy, WIN in Nov!

Just one little problem:
The special general election is in December, not November. https://t.co/f6LcpxITRr

Trump has had a lousy day. He has seen his tax reform plan jeopardized before it has even been announced. His last-ditch bid to repeal Obamacare crashed and burned. His son in law may have leaked confidential information while using private email, and the Russia investigation is now following the money and looking at his Russian connected donors.
On top of all of this, the President used a joint press conference to complain to the world that he works too much.
Trump has absolutely no clue what is going on around him. He has had a terrible day and somehow managed to make it worse with one tweet demonstrating how out of it he really is.
