Donald Trump’s attempts to sabotage Obamacare are about to be dealt a fatal blow as the Senate is on the verge of announcing a bipartisan deal to stabilize the insurance markets.
Laura Litvan tweeted:
The bipartisan deal that is being led by Sens. Alexander and Murray signals the end of the Republican efforts to repeal Obamacare in 2017. While Trump continues to lie about having the votes to repeal Obamacare, the deal in the Senate tells a much different story. If Republicans had the votes for repeal, they would not be pursuing a bipartisan deal.

If the deal passes the Senate and House, it will put an end to Trump’s efforts to create instability in the market and drive up insurance premiums for 2018.
What Trump is saying on television isn’t matching up with reality. Senators will soon be announcing a bipartisan deal to a stabilize the ACA, which means that Trump’s fantasy of repeal will go down as another presidential lie.
