Trump Is Going To Fry For Russia As 2 More Big Lawyers Turn Him Down

Trump asked attorneys Tom Buchanan and Dan Webb to represent him in the Russia investigation, and they both turned him down.

The Daily Beast reported on a statement from the latest lawyers to tell Trump no:

“President Trump reached out to Dan Webb and Tom Buchanan to provide legal representation,†they said in a statement. “They were unable to take on the representation due to business conflicts. However they consider the opportunity to represent the President to be the highest honor and they sincerely regret that they cannot do so. They wish the president the best and believe he has excellent representation in Ty Cobb and Jay Sekulow.â€

The “business conflicts” that the lawyers were referring to could be the same reservation that has stopped other profile lawyers from representing Trump. The President doesn’t pay his bills, and no law firm wants to represent a client who is going to cost them tens of millions of dollars by not paying for their services. The other problem that is causing any attorney who is worth their salt to flee Trump is that he refuses to listen to his lawyers.

Trump is a worst of all worlds client. He isn’t going to listen. He is going to make it impossible to defend him, and he isn’t going to pay. President or not, it is easy to see why no attorney would want to represent him.

Donald Trump is outgunned against Robert Mueller. The Special Counsel has some of the top legal minds in specific areas of prosecution on his team. Meanwhile, Trump can’t get the conspiracy theorist from Fox News to work for him.

If Trump goes down for Russia, his inability to get the sort of legal representation that a president in trouble needs will be one of the main reasons why.
