Fearing His Criminal Stench White House Aides Refuse To Advise Trump

White House aides are refusing to advise Trump on his response to the Michael Cohen raid because they don’t want to be dragged into the criminal investigation.
The New York Times reported, “As his lawyers went to court in New York on Friday to try to block prosecutors from reading files that were seized from the personal lawyer, Michael D. Cohen, this week, Mr. Trump found himself increasingly isolated in mounting a response. He continued to struggle to hire a new criminal lawyer, and some of his own aides were reluctant to advise him about a response for fear of being dragged into a criminal investigation themselves.”

In other words, White House aides don’t want to find themselves in the middle of a criminal investigation, so they are refusing to advise Trump on his response to the Michael Cohen.

No one can blame them for keeping their distance from Trump. Criminal defense attorneys are expensive. The best to avoid having to hire one is to stay away from the guy who is committing the crimes. Trump has moved from toxic to radioactive. His own White House doesn’t want to be contaminated by his criminal behavior. Trump is isolated and making his own decisions.

The completely wrong direction that Trump has chosen is his bad judgment in action. There are no advisors who are leading Trump astray. This is all the bad brain of the president in action.

Never in US history has a president become a criminal liability so quickly that his own staff won’t go near him. The stench of criminal activity is so strong around the Oval Office that no one wants to get too close out of fear of being implicated.
